Easily one of the best professional home maintenance experiences I’ve had. Jeffrey cleaned a ton of moss off my roof and removed all the stains in just a few hours. He didn’t leave any mess and now my roof is protected for at least a few years. He also included free gutter cleaning. Absolutely worth the fair price he gave. Would recommend this company highly to anyone.

Jeff was easy to work with, reasonably priced. He pressure washed a large vinyl fence that surrounds my back yard. It looks like new again, all the algae is gone! He comes highly recommended!

Jeffrey from J&R Pressure Washing is great. Scheduling was a breeze, he explained everything thoroughly, and the finished product was excellent. He got all the built up algae and dirt off the siding, window and door frames. The driveway, patio and sidewalk look brand new. I have heavy ceramic planters that I could not move completely. Jeffrey moved them around to wash under them and even washed the dirt off of the sides of the planters themselves. I appreciate his attention to detail. His work exceeded expectations. I highly recommend working with Jeffrey at J&R Pressure Washing.

Jeff is so AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, CARING, PERSONABLE, TRUST WORTHY, so down to earth. His personality is so warm, welcoming. My dirty home looks amazing. The neighbor even asked for his business card because he's truly awesome. He took great care at washing my house(no damage , he's meticulous, thorough) that we're going to book him again for our other house. I'll take pictures and edit my review. I had to get a few of his business cards to give to my frds. Don't walk but run to book him, right now. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Amazing. This is the guy you want for any type of gutter and pressure washing work. Knowledge - experience - quick service and so so so affordable. He also pointed out other roof concerns. Things he doesn’t fix, but he noticed because he was on your damn roof, took photos of everything he observed made a couple recommendations. Definitely hiring him to come back in the spring to remove my stupid gutter filters that are doing more harm than good. Highly recommend anyone in Pennhills Monroeville, Plum Verona, call this guy pressure washing jobs, cleaning roofs and gutters.

Jeffery helped us to clean our deck, stamped concrete driveway, and moss covered planter’s box. Everything came out as if it was brand new. He was very courteous, and explained every step. Definitely will use his services again. Highly recommend!!

He did a great job and identified some downspout issues that we should consider remediating. He cleaned up everything afterwards and was very friendly to work with. The price was competitive as we compared a few options. Really glad we went with J&R!

I actually had an easy and great experience with this company. Our lawn mower broke and had an estimate of a three week repair. It took less than five minutes to set up my account, and within two days, my lawn was mowed. With my work schedule, I normally would t have the time to meet with a lawn crew, but this service took the work out of it by allowing me to send the crew detailed messages about the rundown of my yard, and it alerted me when my yard had been completed. My yard also looked pretty fantastic. So I am pretty happy.

This company just took money out of my account! I never hired this company, i messaged through the thumbtack app to get lawn care. I never set up an appointment or continued any further with this company. I never gave my card information or anything to them. And just a minute ago they charged me $52 WHEN I NEVER HIRED THEM! I don’t know how they got my information but I for sure now will not be hiring this company. I have already messaged them about a refund just now. I am very very aggravated about this!! Crew routinely showed up outside the scheduled dates. Always some kind of excuse. Would skip weeks saying the grass didn't need to be cut when it did. Would then come the next week when it was super long and leave giant piles of grass all through the yard. Recently skipped several weeks and then decided to never come back. Had to restart the service. Update: Customer Service reached out to me and was very slow responding to emails. Assured me grass would be cut and refunded my service cost. The new crew that was assigned skipped the service 2 weeks in a row despite the fact the grass hadn't been cut for some time. Claimed they were sick both weeks and then my service was canceled again. Last 2 emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Ridiculous service, highly recommend staying away.

Flat out unreliable. Booked them for summer '22 and missed about 2 months worth of cuts as new mower after new mower kept no-showing. I've switched to another service and never missed another since. If I wanted to think about my lawn anywhere near as much as I was forced to with LawnStarter, I'd just cut it myself.
