Dalton did a great job cleaning my carpets! He explained everything about the process to me before starting to clean and was very pleasant and polite. Their prices were
fair and there were some specials that helped me out from a cost standpoint. The carpets look great! I highly recommend Zerorez!

Ehzaire and Austin were extremely polite, helpful, hard working and on time. I would definitely use them again to do our cleaning. Well worth the price paid for the in-home service. I'm extremely pleased with the services provided by ZeroRez. Due to my schedule, I requested a same day appointment. The scheduler called me upon opening and made the appointment happen easily. She was very nice and appreciated my business. The technician was wonderful (David?). He showed up on time, was professional, courteous and thorough. He showed up during the block of time I was told and called me a half an hour prior to arrival. My carpets look terrific!

Making an appointment is easy online and they are quick to follow up for confirmation. The service itself was quick. Very nice, respectful man and my carpets look new again!

Chris and Josh did an amazing job at cleaning our ductwork. They shared photos and videos of the dirt in my ductwork. And looking at the photos of after the cleaning was perfectly clean. Toney and Chris did an awesome job cleaning my vents. I wasn’t sure how bad my vents were and how much cleaning would help. They showed me before and after pictures showing all the buildup over the years. I definitely plan on cleaning my vents more often and would recommend these guys to anyone

Mr. Lance was super professional and masterfully efficient with his job. I have three cats and two mechanical men in this house so the carpets were rough. They haven’t been cleaned in years. He came in, saw what he was working with, made his recommendation, listened to my concerns, and we came up with a plan. He was more than happy to explain what he was doing when I was observing because it was amazing to see the carpet come clean and him work his magic. Literal magic was what he did with my carpets. I am mind-blown at the difference. If you are considering doing it, just do it! I wish I did it sooner! I included 3 before and 3 afterwards pictures as proof.

This is our 1st time using a carpet cleaning company. I like that I was able to see the different prices on the services that they offered and make a appointment on line. Our technician Daniel did a outstanding job, the carpets look and smell great.

Our technician was phenomenal. He was kind, informative, and timely. He made sure to clean all of the spots of concern, reviewed the process for the pet odor removal, and even brought his own shovel to ensure the quick snowfall that came down wasn’t a problem. He did a nice job removing all of the spots we were worried about. He also made sure to cover his shoes with all of the snow outside so nothing was brought in. Wonderful job!

Dalton from Zerorez cleaned my carpet in two rooms, hallway, landing, and steps. The service was excellent and my carpet and steps look great. My Fulton was also cleaned. It looks ok. Please take off your shoes before coming into my apartment. It looks and smells amazing.

Update: my dog had a few accidents in one of my rooms so I hired zerorez to come out again and clean just the one room. For starters it was $166 to clean one room which is honestly insane to me because it’s a very small room. I said whatever, it is what it is, I just want it cleaned … okay cool. Literally the day I got the carpet cleaned my dog peed again in one area. So I just went ahead and bought the Bissell little green mini since I’ll most likely need it to spot clean moving forward. Im shocked to see the the water is black …. Considering I just had the carpet cleaned Friday. Today is Monday, I’m only cleaning one small urine stain from my small dog. The water shouldn’t be black … ??? I feel like the quality of the carpet cleaning obviously isn’t the best because my little green just sucked up dirty water & i cleaned a larger area than where the urine was… water should not be black. & this is nothing against the tech he was very professional and friendly and just using the equipment provided to do the job.

The technician, Kevin called and said he could be here earlier than expected which was great. When he showed up, he explained the process thoroughly, checked if i had any questions or concerns and got right to work. Kevin was very knowledgeable, friendly and curtious. Kevin made short work of what i thought was going to be a much longer job. Kevin did an absolutely awesome job on our carpet and i will definitely be recommending Kevin and Zerorez to friends and family. The service was outstanding and the price was a bargin! I put carpet cleaning right up there with painting as my least favorite things to do and Kevin made it look easy! Thank you again Kevin and Zerorez!
