Great service from start to finish! The secretary was courteous & informative in establishing a rate & date for my appointment. Communication was smooth for my carpet cleaning appointment, as I was told I would receive a email that day & a call before they arrived the next day. Both Dan & Chris who came with all their necessary equipment were extremely professional & knowledgeable about cleaning blood out of carpets. They were personable in sharing the pros & cons of the outcome of our situation. They gained my trust immediately and worked to give the best service & price they could offer, knowing the man who needed his carpet cleaned was a person with a disability, along with a medical condition. I truly appreciated the time both Dan & Chris took listening to my situation, in helping to be a care taker to the man who needed his carpet cleaned. They did a great job in cleaning the carpet. I would definitely recommend the “Zerorez Company” for their superb customer service!

There's one reason why I'm a repeat customer, and that reason is they are simply the BEST at cleaning carpets! No matter how old or what the stain, my carpet always looks freshly installed once they are done! Added bonus is their staff, in my experience, is always so great. From initial contact, timeliness and knowledge, they have always been top notch. The picture doesn't do it justice due to poor lighting and sunlight glare, but trust me, looks brand new again! Will definitely be requesting Chad for my future service!

Kody did a FANTASTIC job! My carpets look brand new. With a dog, cat and 2 kids I didn't think they could look so good again.

We were able to schedule an appointment within days of our first call and the price was competitive. Our technician Austin was courteous, knowledgeable and professional (he won over the dog, too!). He explained what to expect and left us with a fresh carpet and chair that make our house smell clean.

Zero Rez cleaned our air ducts and they did a fantastic job! They called and notified me before they came and arrived on time, completed the job in a timely fashion and were very professional and courteous. They listened to my concerns with my dogs and the cold weather and they worked quickly and efficiently so my dogs did not need to be outside too long. I would definitely use their service again.

The technician, Cody, was on time, he explained everything that he was going to do in detail, kept me updated as he was progressing, and was very knowledgeable, kind & respectful. Everything turned out great. My carpets look brand new.

They were very friendly and they know what they’re doing. They helped me with what I needed for my move out process for my old apartment. I would say that I am definitely going to use them again.

My technicians name was Jessie. From our short interaction he was nice. I wasn't there while he cleaned the carpets. I got there once he was finished. Looking at my living room carpet (which is pretty much white) I could still see the black spots in the carpet. Also in the master bedroom. Jess8e did say with the oils from the bottoms if shoes at those specific locations the spots wouldn't ever come out. The other two bedrooms have darker carpet so they looked okay. Im concerned about another location I already have scheduled with them if they'll be able to clean it. I'm praying they'll be able to clean all the spots.

Dan was so awesome he was very polite well mannered explained everything to me and all the details. Also, my stained living room carpet he got almost everything out and the rest looks brand new. Absolutely amazing and prices were very affordable…

I would have given 5 stars but with the promotion we were quoted $210 with the special being $119 for 3 rooms plus a 4th free. I had added another service to make it $210 total.

I do not fault the tech. Greg was transparent with his explanation but we were not prepared for an additional $170 up charge.

My husband and I were left feeling swindled by our experience with Zerorez.

Would we acquire their service again I am not sure.

As for Greg the tech. He exercised excellent communication from when he was arriving to the home, explaining the service and his job performance upon completion was satisfactory.

One thing I will say for Zerorez if they could require the techs to wear shoe bootie covers. It was snowing and the tech never changed or added a cleaner pair of shoes.

Final thoughts.
Service and carpet cleaning is satisfactory.

Transparency with promotion or advertisement is a disappointment.

I suppose read the fine print before booking.

They are responsive to requests for quotes/ service and very professional to work with. Their website offers 2 ways to contact them- web form and internet call. Definitely would recommend them for hood cleaning at your location!

Sani is a very good pest company. They support all our company needs for preventive pest treatments. Tech Anthony is the best.

Ken was recommended to me for a rat problem through word of mouth (always the best way to get someone in my opinion). Ken is incredibly responsive, professional, reasonably priced and excellent at what he does. What more could you ask for?? I have already recommended him to friends and family!
