Have small area there now, but have used them over the years. Love to slide in the back to see the huge vats where the rugs take a bath. Neat operation; terrible parking, but worth the trouble.

They did exactly what they said in the time they promised. Five rugs cleaned and prepared for storage. Ken was very responsive at all times, and readily accommodated us on the date and time of delivery. Excellent service.

Had two large, valuable carpets cleaned, including some reweaving. Came back clean and bright, which is what you'd expect. We opted for "lift and lay" service to avoid having to move furniture and roll the carpets (and repeat upon delivery) and JOHN could not have been more professional,. courteous and customer-oriented. So many delivery services complain and look for ways to do less - these very knowledgeable guys didn't stop until everything was perfect, and were friendly and personable the entire time. Huge asset to Northside Carpet.

I have used their services for years and have always been highly satisfied. They were so helpful with advice during a “carpet emergency” where paint was spattered on my wool rug.

I have always gotten great service from Northside. Pick up and delivery when scheduled, carpets cleaned well. They have done a bunch of extra stuff for us like wrapping carpets for storage and helping move furniture so carpets could be taken for cleaning. The guys from the truck very kindly helped us when we had to convert my dad's dining room into a sick room by not only taking the rug, but helping us slide the furniture around so we could put his hospital bed by the window. So I'm real happy with them. They are not cheap, but neither are our rugs.

Ken and all the staff at Northside Carpets were extremely helpful. We were called before the processing of one rug to be notified of it's condition and what could happen when washed, were told what their special treatments were going to be, and were given options. The carpets came back revitalized with minimum damage thanks to the company's great care, looking like new. And that's saying something, as the fringe was especially filthy from many years of dogs trodding (and doing other things) on it. The delivery guys were also cordial, professional and very patient as they had to repeatedly move some very awkward furnishings to get everything in the right place. Great people and great service!

Really nice people. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Extremely fair pricing. Communication is a bit lacking, but only because they are busy cleaning rugs most of the time. Would love to see them adopt an email system or other way to update customers on the status of their rug.

This wasn't the first time I've used NSCC, but I don't think Google existed the last time! I can't say enough good things about the service I got. I wasn't here for the pick-up, but when they returned the rugs (on the day and hour they'd promised), Kenny and JT were great -- friendly, professional and efficient. The rugs are clean and I'd forgotten how pretty and thick they were -- too many years of tread and grime since the last cleaning. I'll be a return customer -- again.

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 yrs and have sent several new clients to this place. Usually I have been happy. This past time I was charged for 3 carpet cleaning and when they returns my rugs they had debris all over them as well as lint and the men delivering them had outside work boots on and no shoe covers and was walking on our carpet kicking it open. They told my staff they don't put the carpets down and that was the first time in 10 yrs and over 20 pick-ups. I am so disappointed and will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

They cleaned my large area rug that was a wool blend. The four year old rug now looks brand new after their cleaning. I would definitely use them again.

Took 7 area rugs in bad need of cleaning/repair to Ken. Came back outstanding - very please the result. Was surprised how well he was able to repair some really bad old/unknown stains and damage.

Today Ken and Bin from John and Sharonda’s team brought back the four Oriental rugs I had cleaned and repaired by Northside Carpet. I am beyond thrilled with the service. The rugs-especially the repaired one- look fantastic, and Ken and Bin acted like I was their only customer of the day, spending over an hour to position the rug (a large estate size) and trim the new pad so I wouldn’t trip on the edge. They arrived exactly at the scheduled time, and even called ahead. I’ve used Northside for fifty years, and always been satisfied, but Ken and Bin provided such exceptional service I felt I owed them this public “thank you”.

Friendly staff, owner is very nice and you can tell he takes pride in his business. Self drop-off was easy with loading/unloading directly in front of the store.

I'm delighted I phoned D&G Gutters and chimney cleaning for a chimney inspection when I noticed a weak draft. Everything was simple because the expert gave a detailed explanation of the cost of the chimney inspection before starting. They showed me the specifics and pointed out a few areas that needed chimney repair during the examination. The improvement started right away when I added a fireplace cleaning and inspection. To further reassure me, they even looked for mold around the chimney and attic area. From beginning to end, the service seemed meticulous, well-planned, and professionally managed.
