Coit is our “go to” company for duct cleaning!
A friendly and professional rep came out gave us a rundown of how it works and what to expect. He assessed our ductwork, and gave us a quote. There was NO PRESSURE whatsoever to schedule an appointment.
When we called for scheduling, they were prompt and friendly. They got the job handled efficiently, and they even were dog friendly! :)
We felt very comfortable with all of the employees that we got to meet so far, and the air in the house is so much cleaner and dust free! My son was happy because it relieved his allergies! We will definitely be having Coit out on a yearly basis!

Arrived on time and quickly and efficiently set up and cleaned our carpets including several area carpets. Without my asking, the Coit technician applied a 40% discount to my total for the monthly special offer!
My only reason for not rating a ‘5’ is the technician should have done a better job on the bottom step to my basement. While it was still damp I took an old white towel and removed a lot of dirt that he left behind. The rest of the steps were very well cleaned.
I would use Coit again.

I was so happy with choosing coit for our vent cleaning. The time was suppose to be between 12 and 2 but they arrived at 11 which was ok by me since i was home. They explained what was to be done with details and even warned that i may want to put my cat somewhere safe so he didnt run outside. They were very friendly and we had wonderful conversations while they continued their work. Very efficient and thorough work and by the time they were done my house smelled so fresh and clean. They were very understanding that they had to wait for my husband for payment and waited patiently. Thank you for your hard work it is appreciated.

I've always call Coit for carpet cleaning because in the past years, I've never been disappointed with their service. Their technician, Bill Bridge, took his time to give me hints and warnings for taking the best kind of care, in order to keep my furniture and carpeting in tip top shape. He was on time, quickly finish his job and was also very personable. Thanks again.

I never post reviews online but I just had my carpets cleaned by Coit and I was so pleased that I wanted to let everyone know. The two technicians that came to my house were polite and extremely knowledgeable! The carpets look like brand new!! I will be using them again!!!

Other carpet cleaners cannot compare to the exemplary results we have had with COIT services over the years. COIT has kept our white, difficult to keep up with carpeting, looking so clean and amazing. Without regular visits from COIT, we would not have been able to maintain the white. The cleaners have always been prompt, courteous, and professional. They definitely know their stuff! Highly recommend this service.

I had situation where I needed a quick response and Coit came through big time! Needed carpet cleaned and it was a tough job. The guys were great and it really helped when we put the home on the market! Great service all around!

Friendly staff, and able to clean just about anything. My local dry cleaner said they wouldn't do sofa cushion covers, but COIT did, and they look great. For reference, took about 3 days and cost about $20 to get two covers cleaned. Will definitely be back again!

I HIGHLY recommend Coit for air duct cleaning (we had debris in our duct work). Steve came out and did the estimate and appointment set up and took the time to answer all of our questions. Then Scott and and Bill came to do the actual cleaning. They were in and out within an hour. I don’t think our vents were ever as clean as they are now! They also answered any questions we had as well as explained what they were doing and why. Amazing and thorough job and amazing customer service!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I have a 16 year old dog and light colored carpet. I had zerorez in about 3 months ago. I called zerorez back to clean again and when they showed up they said this time the rugs couldnt be cleaned for less than 1400.00. Coit came and the carpets look BRAND NEW. The technician Matt was actually early to the appointment, politely called and waited. The rugs are fantastic. Thank you Coit and Matt. Great job, great value.

Easy to set up the appointment. Called the day before to let us know the timeframe. The technician - Bill - was great! Very professional. Called when he was on the way. Did a great job! The carpets look great! He even removed some stains we never thought would come out. He also gave us some tips on keeping the carpets looking good. We highly recommend Coit and especially Bill.

We have used Coit for our annual carpet cleaning for 2 years now. They arrived early, gave us our estimate, worked quickly and efficiently. Our technician was very nice and the carpets look great. We will be welcoming them back again next year.

I had contacted Coit for a carpet and duct cleaning after acquiring a home that a smoker lived in for 30 + years. With a wood burner in the living room, it added to the smoke smell in the carpets. Ducts, not carpets have ever been cleaned. Carpets were only 10 years old, mostly clean, but carried a strong smoke smell. Eric and his crew arrived on time. They were courteous and professional.

The crew was quick and efficient. The carpets turned out beyond my expectation, removing nearly all the smoke smell, which I thought would be impossible. Very pleasantly surprised with the carpets.

The duct work, was intense. I knew it would be VERY HEAVY contamination in the duct work. This is a custom built house, and had duct work designed outside the normal routing of duct work. Odd bends, split routing, individual dampers to control flow to each room in the house. A lot going on with the duct work. The crew had a tall order from me to accomplish. They did a great job.

Me being an OCD perfectionist, I was expecting 100% completely clean duct work, not a spec to be left. Very tall order given the circumstances. After the service was performed, I was putting my register covers back on, decided to run through the ventilation system with my inspection camera, found 1 or 2 trouble areas, that I fully understand would be difficult to access.

I called, spoke with Rick, the GM. Explained, hey these guys did a great job, there’s a couple areas I’d like to be touched up. Without hesitation, Rick said he’d said a crew out, asap.

Today, Eric showed back up, on time, polite and courteous as last time, talked with me, let me show him what I saw on camera and took care of it no questions asked.

This review is intended to highlight the professional I received from Eric, and Rick. As well as prompt, great customer service. My future duct and carpet cleaning business will stay with this company. I had a very tall order, they delivered.

Great experience with this company. I really liked that they came out to give me a quote first and that they honored that quote when service was done. I called other companies and they wanted to just do a quote over the phone and I knew they would jack up the price on the day of service. It's important to know what you are paying, especially when you are moving into a new home and spending a lot of money as it is! Nick and Marion came to do the duct cleaning and they were very professional, friendly, and personable. They explained the whole process to me, and showed me all the grossness that they sucked out of my house :) Highly recommend!

We recently had our living room furniture, rug and drapery cleaned by COIT. We dealt with 3 individuals thru this process (Steve, Archie and Eric). These individuals were extremely professional and highly competent in the work performed. Archie and Eric explained the various cleaning processes and were very knowledgeable as to which would be the most beneficial based on the fabrics being cleaned. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Although the furniture had not been professionally cleaned in many years, they were able to bring it back to life in a way we thought impossible. Steve was exceptionally knowledgeable relative to our living room sheer catastrophe. Unfortunately, our aged sheers could not be repaired. However, Steve made it easy for us to have them replaced at a reasonable cost. Thank you COIT staff. Anxiously awaiting those new sheers….
