Incredibly rude. I was yelled at on the phone after I called and they did not show up to clean my apartment.

The lady's on the phone where super helpful. And the cleaner called me that morning and was there about the same time as he said he would be. Over all I an happy with the rug cleaning and would use them again.

Roth did a great job cleaning our carpets. The carpets look wonderful, and the ladies in the office were very nice and helpful in setting it up.

I had a rug cut and bound. They did a great job. I’ve also used them in the past by bringing my rugs in to be cleaned. They are the best kept secret in the south hills

I don't know how this company is in business. Young guy with straggly clothes pulled up in a hunk of junk old patched up company vehicle with no signs of a company name. Very Unprofessional. Equipment is old and obsolete. Leaking water all over the floor while he was supposedly cleaning the carpet. Loose wires on the back of the machine. I would quess that the equipment did not even clean the carpet.

The website says that they move most furniture. No!! I had to move my furniture and a few times the cleaning man helped me. I’m 62 years old with medical problems. Also he came by himself. Never seen that before. Will not recommend Roth Carpets.

I entered a contest and they sponsored it. They did make sure that I could pick up my gift card and I have already used it. They have gone out of their way to help mewith this matter. Very professional. When my carpets need cleaned they will bwe the first company I call.

severe damage on my hardwood floor from tool being dropped down stairs, have been waiting on a callback or resolution for 4 days with owner or GM with no response - do not recommend!

As a follow up to reply below, it has now been a week and I have zero missed calls as promised from this vendor.

We had an appointment scheduled well in advance, took the day off,...moved all the furniture around to accommodate the cleaning and if WE had not called..... we would still be waiting.... excuse we got....the technician wasn't coming..... How nice for someone to call ......NOT

and then we were offered a $10 discount......ten dollars......no "im sorry ....nothing"
Needless to say....wont be using Roth the next time, thank you very much.

It is a very truly amazing carpet cleaning company because they do a great job cleaning all of my mom with my carpets, doormats every once a year plus the employee is absolutely very professional especially they do get the tough rough stains out so I definitely recommend them.

I was very impressed with Roth’s technician, Devon. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional and did an excellent job in cleaning my carpet, especially the pet stains. I will request his service again in the future. He went above and beyond.

Roth Carpet Cleaning is a wonderful local family business. They were professional, on time, and efficient. They cleaned my carpets and stairs and moved my smaller furniture (can’t expect anyone to move a 8ft wardrobe!). They came between and the window of time they said they would be there and called me before arriving. Billing was simple and easy and the prices were low and fair. I would have then come and clean again. 10/10

Can't recommend Roth enough! The service team did a fantastic job with our carpets and made sure we were happy before they left. I had them go over a few spots during the final walkthrough and they did so without hesitation. I spoke with Dave (supervisor?/owner?) as we had to do a bit of scheduling circus because of the 12/16 snowstorm, but he accommodated as best he could and ended up working out for us perfectly! We will absolutely be using Roth again if we need our carpets cleaned. Thanks again guys!!!!!!

Customer service is absolutely AMAZING. I am completely blown away by how helpful this business is.
Long story alert:
I bought a used wool rug off of someone online and when I received it I realized it smelled strongly of urine. I shampooed this rug 3x and it still smelled. I reached out to Roth to have it professionally cleaned. They picked it up for FREE and assessed the rug. The experts at Roth gave me a quote and explained that 100% wool rugs tend to hold onto odor so even after a professional job the rug still might smell. Based on their advice i decided to not have the service done as it was more than I was willing to spend on such a damaged rug. 3 of their employees sat on speaker phone with me giving tips on how to cheaply fix this rug myself!!! Then- they sprayed it with enzymatic cleaner and dropped the rug back off at my residence FOR FREE!!!
I am completely floored. They made no money from me but were still so willing to help me with my smelly rug debacle. If I am ever in need of rug cleaning services in the future I know exactly who to call!!!

Dave with Roth came out and did an outstanding job on a rather large carpet cleaning job for us. I was lucky as he had the commercial machine with him and that made all the difference. He was extremely knowledgeable and took extreme pride in his work which I appreciated. A delightful gentleman! I have used Roth for years now and they are my go-to carpet cleaning company. I recommend without reservation.

I don’t often write reviews, but want to give a shout out to Michael H who has cleaned my carpet the last two times. I always liked Roth for routine cleaning over the years, but recently challenging since my little dog had some urine accidents. The previous person gave it a valiant try, but Michael got the stains and odor out last year and I was so excited to he was still there this year.

The other amazing thing is that last year Michael even got out some dried paint from a living room paint job. The carpet is so old that I just let it go figuring I would replace it when I move. He made it look almost new, and certainly not as embarrassing as it was. Plus, he’s a good guy with a good attitude.

And friendly, helpful customer service and great specials.

I hope Roth company appreciates Michael as much as me and that he stays around a long time!
