I brought into this franchise back in April 2019. Since day one Jeff Has been so amazing! Making sure to give me clients at least once a month! This was the best choice i ever made in my life! Building stars is simply amazing! I would recommended anyone to either buy into the franchise or at least let them clean your commercial building!

Our church, where I am a member, recently changed to Buildingstars. Honestly, I've never seen it so clean. I've had the opportunity to meet the gentleman who does the cleaning. He is very respectful. The Buildingstars account manager responds very quickly to any additional needs. Great change!

We have Building Stars as the cleaning company at our church. Terrible performance and service. Soap dispensers never filled, toilet paper always empty, cob webs in the hallway. Emails and texts to the technician and supervisor are met with excuses or ignored completely. I am already in the process of getting quotes for a new cleaning company as soon as our contract ends! Very frustrated customer!

Buildingstars was very quick to respond for a quote for service to clean my Church. Their prices are competitive and their schedule flexibility was much appreciated. They’ve been cleaning the building for a couple months now and their work is quality.

Buildingstars, Erica specifically, cleaned our commercial office on Mt. Washington for years - AssuredPartners/TJS Insurance. Always an excellent job! We only wish we could have taken this vendor with us when we moved locations, but the new location comes with cleaning included. If we start having issues with them, I know who we will be reaching out to first!

They are contracted with cleaning our offices and service has been subpar. Our bathrooms are constantly missed among other areas, and we have gone back and forth with them about this with no change.

Extremely disappointed. The cleaners didn’t even take out the trash, and customer service showed little interest in fixing the problem. Basic cleaning tasks were missed, and the follow-up experience was just as bad. I won’t be using this company again.

We’ve used building stars for a few years now, we’ve always been iffy on the service. We are contemplating on trying to replace John & his staff with Clyde who we’ve heard good things about through FB. Hoping the change of cleaning teams will provide better results.

I seen danhangman’s viral youtube video regarding his cleaner not doing a good job. We also have John cleaning our office in Washington and it has been bare minimum effort on the cleaners part. Paper clippings and rubber bands left on the ground, dead bugs near the doorway not being cleaned, and you can sort of tell they don’t always take their time. Never expected to see someone else having the same issue with the same cleaner as me.

We have used Buildstars amongst all of our properties and it is safe to say that these guys and gals take their job serious. Attention to detail, fair pricing, and good customer service allows this to be a care free concern in regards to keeping our sites safe and clean.

Clyde and his crew clean our facility and I never have to worry about the quality. They communicate and ask to let them know about any issues we see. So far, not one issue.
