Service done while on vacation, when I got back I found several brown lines that appear to be from application. Contacted customer service and they said they would send a manager to check it out. I did forward photos.

My lawn looks 10x better than it did before Kapps began treating it in July. Weeds are at a minimum and very green. The guy who provides my service is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended Kapps services.

Great company with the lawn technician very efficient and knowledgeable about my lawn. They give me recommendations to me at the end of treatments for ways to improve the health of my lawn. Latest one was that I was cutting my grass too low. The recommended raising my mower 1/4 of an inch to help get a thicker lawn this time of year. Great info and I appreciate that.

Just went back to Kapp's for my lawn service after 14 of skipping it. After just one service the improvement was remarkable. Today service was provided by Mike G. He stopped to introduce and see if we had any questions. He explained exactly what he was doing today and even advised me on how to seed a bare spot in my yard. Mike is a knowledgeable asset to the Kapp's Team!

They carefully get rid of the mold, treat the areas that were affected, and make sure that the mold didn't spread to other sections of the house. They were quite good at what they did. They cleaned up after themselves and advised me what I could do to stop things from going wrong again. It made me feel better knowing specialists were handling the problem instead of me. It was quick and complete, and I was convinced that there was no more mold in my house.
