I’m a property manager overseeing a large portfolio of rental units, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with Metro Heating & Cooling on numerous service calls. They’ve consistently been fantastic—professional, responsive, and reliable.
One of the things I value most is their ability to handle calls quickly and efficiently, which is critical when you’re managing multiple properties and tenants. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and always provide clear explanations of the work being done.
On top of that, their pricing is very competitive, which makes a big difference when balancing maintenance costs across many properties. It’s clear that they care about building long-term relationships, not just finishing one-off jobs.

Have used to inspect / service air conditioner as well.

My experience with Metro is not measured in one visit or incident but I have been a customer for at least 15 years. In all this time which included a new furnace/air conditioner installation I have never been disappointed. Appointment are always kept, techs are always courteous and willing to take the time to answer questions. When its time to replace what has been installed metro will be my first call! That says it all!!

We have used Metro for many years for maintenance and repairs, and their service has always been timely and professional. This summer, our AC system needed replaced. It was a tricky installation involving an outside unit and another condenser unit placed in a very small space in our attic. Not sure that anyone else could have completed it, but Metro pulled it off. We are very pleased with their work.

Jonathan & Bill did a commendable job installing our new Weil-Mclain boiler. They removed he old boiler and the vents going out the side wall, and bricked and mortared the hole. Also, the new boiler required some piping reconfiguration. Upon completion, they checked and tested the system to insure everything worked according to specs, and also bled all the radiators. They did a thorough job removing debris and cleaning up the basement before leaving. From start to finish, Jonathan & Bill were courteous, professional, & knowledgeable. Josh, our sales rep, was very receptive to my questions and specific requests, and he worked with us the address them. He was upfront with his price quote, unlike other vendors who I had to haggle with. My wife and I appreciated his candidness. Along with positive experiences over the past years, these were the deciding factors for choosing Metro Heating.

I just had a new furnace installed at my daughter's house. The call was answered promptly and set up and installed very quickly. Technicians were great. I am very satisfied!

I find Metro Heating and Cooling to be an excellent company . There technicians have been knowledgeable, their response to any problem has been quick and expertly completed. Jen in the office is a true GEM! This woman knows her way around a furnace and gives expert direction to help determine problems with malfunctioning equipment.

Loyal customer for years, but that clearly doesn’t matter to them. A few months ago our heat was malfunctioning, metro came out to fix it but couldn’t figure out the problem. The technician came up with a band aid solution and assured us we wouldn’t have this problem again. Two months later the problem started again during an extreme cold event. They didn’t care that it was their fault for not correcting the issue originally and told us we’d have to pay an emergency fee for them to come out regardless of whether they could fix to this time.

Metro Heating and Cooling has excellent service! We did yearly contract which includes bith furnace and a/c annual inspections. It is very easy to contact them and schedule these checkups. Matt is the absolute best! He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and takes precise steps to perform routine maintenance as well as trouble shoot. He hosed out our a/c unit beacuse we were experiencing long runtimes and also it was the filter needing replaced. I highly recommend this buriness

The appointment was for diagnostics on my heating system. The tech, Jason, was great. He identified the problem quickly & explained both the issue & the solution very well making it easy to understand. I’ve been a customer of Metro for 15 years & have never been disappointed.
