Owner, Patrick Tolan is a complete unprofessional, rude and has no respect for his employees or clients. Patrick was very disrespectful to me and my family. I was shocked when I found out he owned the business after the way he speaks to people.

It rained very hard about 6 hours prior to them showing up and was still wet when they backed the bucket truck down in our yard and rutted it up in numerous places. From there, Patrick was yelling and swearing at his crew in front of my kids. Cigarette butts were thrown in our yard. Numerous Red Bull cans were thrown in our yard. Large logs were being tossed from the bucket which was 30'-40' in the air to the ground causing large holes in our front yard. They did nothing to clean up or patch up the holes. I picked up sticks/branches, leaves, and cleaned up all of the saw dust on the ground and patio.

I contacted Patrick via phone to come back to fix the ruts and holes that Arbor caused and he told me, "I wish I would of never taken the job and the tree would of fallen on the house". In the same conversation, instead of taking ownership, like you'd think a typical owner would, he told me to never call him back then proceeded to hang up on me. Can't make this stuff up. All I wanted was Arbor to clean up the mess that wasn't there before they entered my property.

If you do decide to hire him, I advise you to take before and after pictures like I did.

I agree with all of the other negative reviews posted, especially about the numerous Red Bull cans littered throughout our yard. The team wasn't even here to service me or my yard, they had to use my yard to get a spider lift through to take out my neighbors tree. I was assured that it wouldn't tear up my yard so I agreed. It rained the night before and after they got done trying to get the lift next to the tree, my yard was a mess. They also broke several of my pavers in my walk way. The worst part is they ended up not even needing to use my yard because they had to try to get it into my neighbors yard after all! Unnecessary damage.

The owner did make an effort to do right by us. He came to look at my yard right from the airport after being stuck out of town (which was very much appreciated!) promising me he would give me a HUGE discount on grinding a stump I have in my front yard and bringing me some topsoil to fill in the yard. It was great! ... but.... I never heard from him again.

Please don't use.

We had a large oak that was very close to the power lines to our house and the rest of the neighborhood. Arbor Tree was recommended by one of the tree services that declined the work due to the difficulty. They did a great job, were quick and did it for a wonderful price compared to the other quotes that we received. The next time we are in need of tree work, they will get the call.

I had a 50 year old maple tree growing next to my house. I was concerned that it might fall onto the house. Arbor Tree was recommended to me by another tree service, because Arbor Tree has a crane. I called and left a message with Patrick. He came out and gave me a quote the same day. He called a week later and told me he would be out in 2 weeks. He called me the night before and the next morning he and his crew came to the house. He and his crew were respectful, professional and they cleaned up afterward. Very hard working! I recommend this tree service.

Very professional service, quick response time, removed 85ft oak tree in my power lines and over my home, job was done quickly and efficiently, and the clean up afterwards made it look like there was no work done in my yard!!! Also gave the best rates I could find!! I would give ten stars if I could!!

I called Marino to have 3 trees removed outside my house, they responded quickly and worked with my schedule. The came out on a Monday evening, quoted me with a great price and by Wednesday they came out to perform the work. They were extremely professional and did fantastic work, I highly recommend Marino to anyone looking to have a tree removed.

Excellent tree service, gave an estimate on Sunday and were here on Friday to remove a dead tree and shrubs, very professional and reasonable priced. Got the job done fast and cleaned up the yard like they were never here. They truely do treat your yard as if it was their own. Great customer service, I would highly recommend if you need any yard service! I would give 10 stars if I could, very pleased with their services.

We got estimates from a few different tree services. Marino's not only had the lowest rates, but they exceeded our expectations with their quality of service. They did an excellent job taking down a large tree that was very close to our house. They cut it into manageable pieces and stacked them neatly, dragged the brush off into the woods, and cleaned up the entire area when they were done. They understood that we were planning to handle the splitting and the brush on our own, and they went out of their way to make that easier for us. It's clear that they take pride in their work and care about their customers. We look forward to working with them again!

Marino's Tree Service did an excellent job for us. They came and gave us a reasonable estimate in the evening of the day we called with an emergency tree removal project. They promptly scheduled our project then spent two days expertly removing 7 trees leaving a tidy work space behind. I highly recommend this friendly family team for any tree removal project.

Marino’s Tree Service does great work. They removed 2 trees from our front yard and I would give them 10 stars if google would let me. First of all, Anthony returned my initial call in about 20 seconds. He came to look at the trees at a time that was convenient for me (as opposed to other companies who make you work around their schedule). He was friendly, courteous and professional. He really knows what he is doing and made me feel comfortable about having them do the work. We scheduled a date for them to cut the trees down and they came every day as scheduled (they only took Sunday off) until the trees were down and the yard was clean. They worked really hard and were very friendly even though they must have been tired from the work they were doing. When they say they will clean up, they mean it. Other than the spots with some sawdust where the trees were, they left no sign of the trees behind. On top of all this, they charged a very low price; lower than anyone else who gave us an estimate. We would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

I will absolutely be recommending Marino’s Tree Service to everyone I know. They are very professional. When called about the job they went down to the site a few days later and did the job as soon as they could. They made very clear when they would be there and at what times. They were always true to their word and on time. Also, most importantly they did incredible work clearing out the trees. The area looks incredible!! Very good pricing as well!

Marino's Tree Service is run and managed by a husband & wife team that are exceptional. Their bucket truck is a welcomed piece of equipment that the Marino's have for those challenging jobs like mine, with a huge tree close to my home and the power lines.

The tree was down safely in record time, the Marino's did a very clean and neat job. When they left, my yard was clean neat and looked fantastic!

After the last wind storm, we had a massive tree come down and land in our neighbor’s driveway knocking out electrical and internet of multiple homes in the process. It was a stressful, tangled mess, to say the least.
I so glad I called Best 4 Less Tree Service:
• Timeliness: Despite being slammed with calls from the storm, they arrived on-site faster than I ever expected. They understood the urgency of the situation with the downed power lines and got right to work.
• Service: The crew was professional, calm, and incredibly skilled. They navigated the tight space between the houses and the utility lines with surgical precision. You could tell they really knew what they were doing, which took a huge weight off my shoulders.
• Cleanliness: Once the tree was cleared, they didn't just "leave." They spent a significant amount of time cleaning up the debris, wood chips, and smaller branches. My neighbor’s driveway actually looks better now than it did before the tree fell!
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. If you ever find yourself in an emergency (or just need routine maintenance), don't hesitate to call these guys. They are the best in the business!
