Whole house replacement of copper pipes due to recurrent pinhole leaks. Quick response, ease of scheduling was appreciated. Job took longer than predicted (6 vs 3 days) but at least initial estimate for work was not changed. Plaster pieces and dust everywhere—but maybe this is unavoidable since we still have large openings in ceiling and walls that will need to be patched.

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night when it was -20⁰ windchill. We called Armstrong and got a fast response. The technician , Harley. arrived within the hour and went above and beyond to get us up and running again. We were so grateful for a company that offered 24 hour, 7 days a week service. Thank You 🙂

Mike did a great job! We had him come to do a complete cleaning and service on our air conditioner and furnace. He mentioned that they were running a promotion for a whole house humidifier. We had been thinking of having one installed already but he gave us a great price and completed the installation while he was there! Great job!

They are very polite very knowledgeable. Got straight to work was nice clean respectful I would highly recommend them and absolutely would call them again. They did a fantastic job. I was very happy and will call them in the future if need be.

Armstrong Comfort Solutions was extremely responsive to the urgency of my issue, sending Bob K., a highly competent technician to my home same-day. His experience with similar leaks lead him to find the problem very quickly and he was able to make the repair/replacement during the same visit.

27 year old gas furnace stopped working late evening on a Monday. Familiar with the company name in the area and used their website to book a next day appointment. The window of time I was given was accurate and the office was in regular communication with me on the actual time of the pending appointment. Chris the tech was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, showed me the broken component and replaced it in short order. Back up and running in a few hours. While I could have purchased the replacement part for SIGNIFICANTLY less myself, diagnosing the problem and buying the correct part for my old furnace is another thing. The part was insignificant compared to actually having someone knowledgeable here hands on to get the job done right. If the replacement part was even reasonably priced I would give 5 stars. Chris gets 5 stars for his work.

Armstrong Comfort Solutions and Matt Mertz Plumbing are my go-to when I have plumbing issues. I have used them for water heater repair and installation, to camera my pipes, and most recently to address water leaking from a broken valve. Their call center is easy to use and dispatch has a fast response time. Dom K. was very professional, explained the issue, the solution, and pricing, and didn't mind that my pets were curious about what he was doing. Even in a stressful emergency situation, I have peace of mind knowing that I can count on them for repairs. It was worth paying a little more to have them complete service during the weekend to prevent further water damage in my home.

The team at Armstrong is fantastic! Lauren in the office provided one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Their sales and installation teams were extremely professional and responsive. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

After seven years of build up, I called Armstrong Comfort Solutions on Friday to see if one of their plumbers could come out and clean my very "icky" shower drain. I was able to get an appointment for the next Monday, and Dominic was assigned to the task. He did a very thorough job, checking our water pressure, cleaning out the hair and "ick" out of the drain, and cleaning out the sink drains as well, making sure everything was flowing smoothly. He was very respectful of our space and left the project in apple-pie order. I am very grateful to have this "icky" task finally checked off my to-do list.

I am really impressed with Armstrong's excellent customer service. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I have worked with them over the years and every time I call them for an issue, they have always attended to it within 24hrs. As recent as this past week when the temperature was in negative teens in Pittsburgh, I called them around 7AM for heating issues and they sent a technician before 11AM. Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend this company if you want quick and efficient service.

The Armstrong Solutions plumbing team was AWESOME to work with. Earl came out and assessed the need for new drain pipes in the basement and garage. He gave us a fair estimate and got us in the queue to begin ASAP. We worked primarily with Justin, Caleb and Clay. They were all professional and a pleasure to work with. We greatly appreciated the fact we were able to stay in our home while the work was being done. The frigid temperatures and snow only caused a one day delay. We have used Matt Mertz and now Armstrong Solutions for more than 20 years, and will continue to do so when we have the need of their services!
