Tory was very knowledgeable on the Mitsubishi ductless unit that we purchased. He even stopped in during the install to assist in the demonstration to be sure we fully understood all the options that are available with the unit.
Fantastic salesman, gets right to the point and doesn’t pressure like most salesman. Helped us understand all of our options so that we were able to make a choice that was right for our home. Highly recommended him!!

My gas hot water tank died on Thanksgiving morning, thankfully I wasn't hosting so I didn't need it right away. I called Armstrong Comfort Solutions Friday morning and spoke to a lovely lady MaryAnn who was so helpful getting me set up. Then I got a call from Amanda who let me know when they would roughly be there. Brock called me after and came eariler which was great. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and made the process seamless. I greatly appreciate this company for making this happen so fast. highly recommend if you need any hot water or services they offer.

Chase was the plumber that came and we couldn’t be happier. He was efficient. Diagnosed and then fixed the issue very quickly. Did a good job and was knowledgeable and reassuring. Double-checked that everything was working as should, no leaks again prior to leaving. Very satisfied.

Thank you Armstrong Comfort Solutions. Everyone I had contact with were friendly, helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. A very special thank you to Mike (service tech) Dan (sales) Darren and Blair (installations) Mike (experiences) and knowledge of furnace he was able to quickly determine the problem with the 31 year old oil furnace. His recommendations to replace the furnace were unbiased on cost to repair various parts and safety concern. I truly appreciate his advice and agreed to replace the furnace. He called sales and Dan said he could be at my house in a few hours. Dan determined the correct size and began the process to make sure the furnace was available and how soon installation could take place. Wednesday morning Darren and blair began to remove the old furnace. After making changes to the existing duct work the new furnace was installed. Darren and Blair both worked from eight thirty to five thirty without a break. Mike did the necessary start up. From Mike's first visit until the furnace was up and running was 53 hours. Since the installation the weather has been terrible, a severe winter storm with sixteen inches of snow and temperatures down to -15 to a high of 20 and the furnace has operated perfectly with out problems. Again thank you to Armstrong Comfort Systems, Mike, Dan, Darren, and Blair.

Wonderful service and quick response to my request for Help! I am very dependent on my great forced hot water system to perform and achieve maximum efficiency. I've had great service from ACS in the past. I was pleased to meet Chris. He arrived right on schedule and was ready to let me assist with my extensive experience with my home heating system.HAHA!! In no time, he bled all the upstairs radiators. It was a very complete tutorial, and I was taking notes. I've signed up for the Peace of Mind service, knowing I'm in good Hands with ACS going forward.

Lyle and the team were amazing! We have an outstanding warranty claim, and Lyle took the time to diagnose the reason for the furnace failure, and share that information with me along with photos and videos. He was very polite, thorough with his communication and did an awesome job with the install. Afterwards, he gave me a thorough review of the furnace and instructions on use of the thermostat. Lyle is an awesome professional and I would recommend him and the ACS team to anyone needing a furnace repair or replacement.

I met at least 5 staff members and all were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I felt like I could trust them. While I did watch them a lot, I also felt like I could leave the house while they were working.
They fixed the problems as promised. While their estimates for daily job start time could have been better, they always called before coming giving me adequate notice.
The work done seemed to be high quality. They cleaned up after each day and generally left the job site better than when they arrived. They worked with me to provide the best solution for my problem. This was a very expensive job, but they worked with me to provide a price that I felt was fair with no last-minute surprises.
I give them my highest recommendation and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my friends.
