Michelle in the office is AMAZING and reached out to me (from her personal line) after hours and on the weekend just to give me updates on what became a challenge in completing the job. This was to no fault of the company and they finished everything in a very efficient manner. The employees are truly well-trained and provide a high level of customer service. I would highly recommend this company!

Paul was knowledgeable of the plumbing issues in my home from the moment he entered, he did an excellent work in solving the issues and he also give tips on the maintenance so my home will not encounter such issues again, I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Once again the Advanced Plumbing team saves the day! Had an issue with a leaking sewer stack. Mark came out the same morning as I reported the problem, quickly scoped the pipe to find the issue. And we’ve now scheduled the pipe relining service (which I highly recommend as a less invasive way than tearing down a wall to get to an old cast iron sewer stack!).

Pleasant experience all around. After scheduling , I received text confirmation and updates which was great. Danny arrived within the scheduled time frame, was professional and personable. He fixed the problem and made sure that any mess was cleaned up before leaving. Much appreciated.

On time to the minute! Tommy was a very courteous and learned subject matter expert. Fixed it in minutes, assessed the entire system, and gave recommendations to prevent future problems. 10/10 would definitely use again.

May 2025 - I have used Advanced Drains and Underground Solutions a few times now. I don’t think I can leave multiple reviews, so I’ll just update this one. Everytime I’ve needed them they have been professional, honest, friendly and down to earth. They are always on time and once were able to come over early. Each time they have gone above and bay one to help me. Today it was Tommy who came over to do a full camera scope of my sewer main that is backing up. He showed me what he was looking at in the camera in real time and was patient with my questions. Afterwards he explained to me in simple terms what he recommends I need and it didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me something I don’t need. Their pricing is very competitive.

Tommy and Paul experienced some serious difficulties but they did an amazing job and are so polite. They also informed me of another issue that will need resolution that was done by another company. A+ service!

Repair request was submitted and 10 minutes later, I received a phone call for an appointment. 15 minutes later, the contractor was at my house. He fixed our faucet and was on his way..Highly recommend this company for plumbing issues.

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with Advanced Drains. This is my 2nd time using them and it’s such a great experience being able to work with experienced plumbers that are on time and do incredible work with no complaints. Their pricing is great. They are the only company I will work with in PA.

Mark did an amazing job! I was able to complete all of my laundry yesterday. The laundry sink as well as the bathroom sink are both working great! I’m very satisfied with the results and I would refer Advance Drains and Underground Solutions to family and friends.

These people are great. I’m so happy I was able to randomly meet Melissa and crew. I asked if they could send someone out and they were a great deal of help. Danny was able to come out and help me with two issues, providing detailed info and a favorable quote. Danny made sure to not leave until the job was completed and answered all questions.
