Advanced Drains was great to work with. They repaired and replaced part of our sewer line. Everything was done as discussed and as scheduled. Melissa coordinated all details and was great communicating with me and keeping us informed; she was very responsive, easy to work with, helpful and always took the extra step to ensure everything was happening as planned. The crew that came to do the job - Mark, Tom and Greg - was also great. Thorough, constant communication, answered questions, did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Would definitely use again.

Where do I even start with this review? We knew we had a challenging sewer replacement (300 feet of pipe bursting), but it became even more challenging once the guys got into it. The dedication and commitment from this team to get us completed was unfathomable. These guys worked through heat waves, thunderstorms, and down pours daily and nothing seemed to stop them. After seeing how this team handles adversity, I would hands down, highly recommend them for any sewer project. No project is too complex for them!

I called these people and when I tell you at advanced dreams and plumbing they are the most professional hard-working know what they're doing people that I have ever met just the day before I had express drains come out to my home and they were unable to resolve my problem and left me with a sink full of sewer water when I called advant strange the same night the young lady that answered the phone when she was so helpful and concerned she put me on the schedule for the very next day when Craig came out he was awesome he came in he took a look he gave analysis and he got right to work two other jobs gentlemen came by Bobby and Mark and when I tell you these three men came in here got the job done and I'm now able to go to bed tonight where we free cuz if anybody else no when you own a home water damage and fire damage are horrible so to have water damage you can cause fires which I was petrified because of this clog that I had water overflowing leaks and things like that when I say they came in spent less than an hour and got the work done they are the best and I will use nobody else and I recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right

The sewer pipe under my basement in a 100 year old home finally gave out. I had sewer water coming up in my basement. The team found multiple cracked and rusted sections with a video scope. A full team came back and trenched out my basement and replaced all of the iron pipe. They were careful and cleaned everything up. They did a great job and replaced about 30 feet of pipe in 6 hours. They took all of the debris away. I would definitely use them again. I live in Lansdowne, PA.

Danny from Advanced Drains and Plumbing Repairs was prompt and kept me up to date on what he was doing throughout the process. All issues were fixed quickly and the toilet is now functioning great! Great service and great work!
New service on 11/17/2025, Bill came out and like Dan was great. Great job and even gave me a temporary solution to tide me over till the fix is approved by my home insurance. Showed me the issue with pictures and I really felt like a I could trust him and the service. Great company!

This service call was one of the best I’ve ever had. They called to set the appointment. The technician was dispatched and reached my home quickly. He went straight to the issue and fixed it in minutes. Instead of leaving he checked to make sure there was no surrounding issues and he cleaned as he worked in an area inside the home. Great personality professional but friendly. Thank you for resolving my issue so quickly and not having us sit around waiting all day. Excellent job to the company and Tommy the technician

Dan and Chase are the MVP'S!!! Dan literally explained EVERYTHING, why he was doing this opposed to something else... while Dan was checking the ceiling chase was getting all the supplies running the water. They made a great team cleaned up all the mess and left:) they were fast and efficient! I would recommend Advanced Drains and Plumbing Repairs a thousand times!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!

Danny and his apprentice Jr were polite, professional and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. They worked neatly and efficiently, and the outcome met all my expectations. I will definitely use Advanced Drains and Underground Solutions the next time I need a plumber. As you can see, no buckets, bowls or pans catching leaks anymore!!

I had a major problem with my sewer system. It was completely clogged. This was a nightmare. It took weeks to find someone to come and take the job. Major construction was needed. Advanced Plumbing came out several times to remove the clog. Unfortunately, I had to remove a tree to fix the problem for good. The process took a while, and they worked with my insurance company to get it done. What I like most about the process is that the staff was willing to work with me to resolve the issues. Satisfied with the work done, I would use them again. Friendly hard-working company. All the best.

I just had my first appt w/ Advanced Drains and Underground Solutions. The repairman was very professional, courteous and patient. He explained everything, said he will call me in 1-2 days once he works everything out with my home warranty company. The job will be completed hopefully on a day or 2.

I cannot even put into words how grateful I am to have found ADPR. The techs were knowledgeable, skilled and showed me what things to look out for in the future. I needed emergency repair with the outside drain, a day before my reception at my house and they got the job done and even made the front yard look presentable. To all the techs who showed that day to help get the job done at 1414, thank you so much! And they even came back to lay down grass seeds and fill in holes.. Talk about service!

Amazing company with clear pricing, honest and clear communication from the office and techs! Mark was a godsend.

After getting quotes for a replacement sewer main, the ADvanced Drain team was who in could trust. They did great! Highly recommend?

I've used their plumbing services twice, I've been very pleased on each occasion with the level of service I received. I was lucky to have the same technician each time, Danny who is fantastic. He's prompt, courteous, respectful and very professional. Danny does what he needs to do efficiently and does not waste time. I wish every contractor I've ever had down through the years had been this good of a worker. Advanced Drains and Plumbing, thank you for such good service, it is very much appreciated!
