I just moved into a brand new house and Bert and Dan came out to do an initial inspection and tuneup. Both of the technicians were super professional, neat, knowledgeable and helpful. Dan took the time to explain everything about my new unit and answered any questions I had. There is a minor repair that needs to be addressed and Dan explained that it would be done as soon as possible and that If we should need assistance while we’re waiting, we should give J A Smith a call and they would come right out,

Great service! Dan was very friendly and professional. He was very efficient and thorough with our heater & ac maintenance as well as cleaning our dryer vent.

Our technician came right away after our call stating that the furnace was not working. He figured out what the problem was and ordered the part. He drove to Landsdale to pickup the part! Then came back to our house and fixed the furnace! He was very polite and a hard worker!

Dan provided a very professional and thorough service today during my Spring inspection. He was very informative throughout and helped me understand the functions of my AC unit. He offered suggestions with upkeep and future maintenance and made sure that our unit was in good shape before he left. He went the extra mile and brought in a hose and rinsed off the outside unit and cleaned up after he was done, after he made sure my condensation pump was in proper working order. I would definitely recommend Dan for future work and hope he receives recognition for his good work.

I have had JA smith do HVAC maintenance every 6 months for many years. They do a great job.
I hired them to clean out my dryer vent. Dan came and found that the vent was not situated properly which was a hazard . He was able to reposition it. He showed us each step . He did a great job.

Mike Condon came out early on a Saturday morning when our HVAC system went down. He was very professional and did the repair that got us running again. More importantly he pointed out other work that needs to be done or, perhaps, should have been done at our annual inspection in August. Mike kept us informed along the way and gave us a great wrap-up before leaving.
