We had a sub-panel installed in our garage. After the appointment with the estimator, I received a detailed email that included the option to accept the estimate which triggered the appointment making process. That entire process was clean and well-organized. Dave and Chris were the two electricians that did the work and they were awesome. The quality of work was very good, they were timely, communications were effective and helpful and they cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend Northern Electrical, LLC.

We had Northern Electrical install recessed lighting on the first floor of our home across four different rooms, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

They were incredibly responsive from scheduling through completion. Chris and Dave were remarkably professional, efficient, and thoughtful throughout the entire project. They didn’t just install lights, they educated us. They took the time to walk us through the new devices, explain how everything worked, and give great insight on dimmers, lighting levels, and how different settings would affect the feel of each room.

What really stood out was their flexibility. Throughout the day, they checked in with us, communicated clearly, and were completely open to adjustments and preferences as we saw things come together. That kind of collaboration made a big difference.

They were also extremely conscientious about our home. They wore protective boots, kept the workspace clean, and genuinely tried to leave the house in better shape than they found it. That level of care is rare.

Professional, quick, educational, and respectful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We absolutely look forward to working with them again on future lighting projects.

Chris and Dan did an excellent scoping, installing, and reviewing the service provided. A new circuit and exterior outlet was added for an existing heated gutter install, a garage outlet was added, and surge protection was added for the full house. All aspects were very well explained prior to the installation and my input considered. Upon completion the entire garage was swept clean and my questions completely answered.

From start to finish Spurk did a great job putting in a new furnace and AC unit for us. The estimate was clearly explained to us and Jason took extra time to explain some other things I could do myself to improve our HVAC efficiency. The office staff did a great job communicating with us about scheduling the installation. The installers were friendly, polite, and kept everything tidy as they worked. I highly recommend Spurk.

Jeremy and Tim came out to do our AC and Furnace install. They took the time to listen and understand what we wanted. Since we have lived in this house for 10 years, we have always had airflow problems in the back bedrooms. Once Tim finished up on the install he took 5 minutes to look over the duct work in our garage. He made some recommendations and his recommendations fixed our problem. We had 2 other HVAC people look at the garage before and they couldn't figure it out. It was so nice of Tim to go out of his way to check something for a customer even though it wasn't on the work order to check anything. I would 100% recommend Spurk for all HVAC related issues. We had a problem occur on a Friday, right after the shop closed for the weekend. We contacted the answering service who put us in contact with a serviceman right away. Within an hour, someone was at our house with a temporary fix. They did a follow-up visit on Monday and repaired efficiently and timely. Thank you Matthew and Charley.

Spurk's technician arrived within 2 hours of us calling. He was very knowledgeable and communicated with us all through the process. They definitely do not try to upsell you at all. It was a great experience from our initial call to them throughout the repair process. I highly recommend for great service and communication, as well as reasonably priced.

My heater wasn't turning on after several calls to different HVAC companies. Spurk was able to send out one of their technicians last minute to help figure out the problem.
