I've had a service contract for some time now that includes AC tune-up and heating tune-up, and I would not have it any other way. They are very professional and their techs are very polite and explain what needs to be done in a way that you can understand. I recommend them and I will continue to use Spurk !

My wife and I built our home in 2022 and since day one, we had issues with the HVAC system the builder installed (this was done by the builder's HVAC company -- not Spurk). I contacted Spurk and they came to our home and assessed the situation. They looked at our architectural plans and presented me with three possible options to rectify the situation. We elected to install a second HVAC system for our upstairs and to zone the existing system to serve the basement and main floor. Spurk recommended a heat pump and air handler system. They redid all of the duct work in our basement and installed new vents for the upstairs. Spurk's technicians were professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. The works was done well and our HVAC problems have been solved. Spurk provided financing through a service partner. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend Spurk to anyone looking to have HVAC work done.

When my 25+ year old furnace quit running,I placed phone calls to a few local HVAC contractors. Shortly after leaving a message with Spurk, Lisa promptly returned my call and told me a technician (Chuck) would arrive within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Chuck discussed my options and recommended a furnace replacement. Jonathan arrived the first thing the following morning to take measurements and discussed the possibility of replacing my 16 year old Air conditioning unit and my 24 year old hot water heater at the same time at an appreciable savings. After pricing the replacement cost-while offering 2 year no interest financing- I decided to go with Spurk and I'm extremely happy I did. The installers- Matt, Tim, + Adam - performed the work in 2 days. These guys bust their asses and work non-stop. Everyone I dealt with was exceptionally nice, polite and professional. Spark is very fortunate to have employees like them.The team is prompt, they communicate clearly and they do seamless work. I would highly recommend Spurk for all your HVAC projects. They are very responsive and have excellent communication, even during non-working hours/days. We got a whole home humidifier installed in November. And even though there were a few hiccups discovered over the past few months, they were quick to come by and help resolve the issue and free of charge.

We've had them by a few other times for different HVAC issues and each time I'm given a full explanation of the issue (with photos), the resolution, and any other details I should know or keep an eye out for to keep the systems running well. And I've never once been surprised with the bill.

We have used Spurk at our home and a rental that we own. Every time they do a great job. Most recently we had our furnace and A/C replaced. Jason did a great job explaining our options to us. The techs who did the installation were very professional and did an excellent job. We’re very happy with Spurk.

Spurk HVAC, sent out the technician John to assess and set up my service plan for 2 commercial spaces. He was incredibly Knowledgeable, professional and PATIENT. As this was a new space for me as well we were able to fully understand the equipment and its capabilities and limitations. Everyone in the office was delightful to work with from scheduling to follow up. It is apparent that Spurk takes pride in their work.

I booked an online appointment with Spurk because my HVAC system needed to be replaced. The appointment was scheduled after hours for the very next morning. I was impressed that someone was available to come so quickly. The sales person was professional and able to show me on his iPad what I needed and the cost. He presented several options and answered my questions. I decided to utilize their in house financing to pay for my new unit. Overall the service was affordable, professional and efficient. Great experience! I also appreciate the optional maintenance package. Thanks guys! Happy to send friends and family your way when they mention a need.

Spurk has been the one company that I return to for anything regarding my HVAC system. They are quick to reply and usually have same day appointments if necessary. They communicate effectively if there are going to be any delays and provide you with a picture and tracking of who the tech is showing up. Jason was very helpful and listened to our concerns and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

Top shelf service all around!!! Jonathon the estimator did a great job explaining equipment and prices while presenting the job. Our Technicians Matt and Tim were exceptional over two days of installation and I cannot say enough about their workmanship and knowledge in answering my questions during the process of installation. As a last example of their ability , Matt was able to diagnose a serious problem of over water pressure coming into the house. He then was able to recommend a master to correct the Situation. I am very pleased with Spurk and would recommend tem to anyone.

We had everything from furnace cleanup, to estimates for airbox for main furnace, to est. for separate Mitsubishi Split unit in other area of home. Not only were they the best est, all their interactions were top notch. Excellent office communication, experienced and trustworthy technicians, & instillation crews were friendly, cleaned up everything , and did a top notch job.

We're 💯 satisfied w Spurk. They're a company you can trust for excellent service and not be robbed blind like other HVAC companies do.
