Excellent experience from start to finish. They responded and arrived quickly, kept me informed throughout, and were able to complete the project ahead of schedule. Highly professional and reliable - would definitely use them again.

Had whole house mini-split system installed in 2023 and was very pleased with Spurk. It keeps the house much cooler in the warmer months, and also serves as room heater during the winter. Very nice job done.

I called in the middle of the morning on a Saturday, and someone answered the phone promptly, took my information and explained that a tech would contact me. The tech called within 10 minutes and was onsite within 30 minutes. He was professional, thorough, and very technically knowledgeable and experienced. This was on an oil furnace from 1994 and there was no discussion that thing is old and needs replaced. He cleaned the parts out that needed serviced and it was back up and running within an hour. I will call no one but Spurck HVAC moving forward. A+ and could not have been more impressed !

Spurk hvac is reliable. New system in 2019. No issues since. Did a maintenance Pm this year. All good. Serviceman. Explained what he was doing. Office staff always pleasant. Jason is up front on snything. .

Nick was awesome. He was very thorough and explained everything to me about my furnace repair. I will have him back soon to do my furnace maintenance. I called in the morning and early that afternoon the same day, Nick my technician was here. Minor issue but he got our furnace running quickly.

Charlie was at my home for a maintenance visit, and he was great!! I did not feel pressured to complete any work or repairs on my system. He gave me a full report of my system and talked me through the findings. He even talked me into a membership so I can be more diligent with my system. Great service, great company!!

Top to bottom Spurk HVAC, LLC gets the job done to your satisfaction. The quote process was easy and simple, and Ethan in the front office was very helpful when it came to explanation and suggestion. Because they’re in the upper echelon of mini split installers, he was able to model out my basement to find the perfect sizing for the job. This differed from other quotes where I got a “more is better” approach.
The actual installation was a dream. The Spurk team arrived punctually every day for 3 days without fail. They asked relevant questions and started work. They were as quiet as installers can be and finished the job quickly and effectively. They assisted in the setup of my new smart thermostat, and they made sure I was satisfied with the project before they left. Everything installed functions beautifully. I’ve noticed a difference immediately. Also importantly, they completed the job with minimal impact on my home. They found a way to run the electric to avoid damaging my drywall, and the outdoor conduit is hardly noticeable. Truly top notch work. I’d recommend to anyone.

Great experience... ironically, had another to compare to. My regular HVAC guy cant crawl up in attic spaces anymore so i call up one local company about the heater element seizing on my HVAC unit, fan still worked... they said no problem, they have a tech out by 8 AM next day. Closer to noon, and a brief peek, their dude says his company doesnt go in crawl spaces. Well, now i am scrambling, place is cooling off to 60 degrees, and i try Spurk HVAC... from their receptionist, down to my tech Charlie, it was painless, easy to follow, and they were there between their 2 hour window, and Charlie crawled into the space i have seen half a dozen guys splunk too (and i have too, its a small space, but all in a day for a real contractor, lol). My new guy fibds the seize, has the replacememt part, and back in action. So worth the trip charge & fix cist. These guys get my vote for new HVAC fixit guys.

Awesome work helping me add central air to my townhome in the city. They did a great job ripping out existing ductwork that was poorly laid out from before. Their new ductwork has been great so far. Great people to work with

I have used their services twice. Both times they were very quick in their response time (provided same day service) and the technician was very professional when on site. One of the times, a technicians was able to walk me through how to fix something over the phone which allowed a quicker fix as well as saved me the cost of a service call. I have been very happy with their service.

This was my first time using this company, and honestly, I didn’t have any recommendations to go off so this was a gamble, but it paid off.

I had an issue with my furnace on a Sunday, and Nick from Spurk was out to my house by noon the following day. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained to me what was happening and why, and even showed me after getting into my furnace what was happening. He finished up the repair within an hour, and explained everything he did. From start to finish, the customer service, ease of scheduling, and communication were fantastic.

Made an emergency call when my furnace suddenly stopped working. The service tech showed up in a few hours and got my old outdated furnace running. He was professional, knew his trade well and was honest about what I should and shouldn’t do for my existing furnace. Extremely reasonable price for the type of call and time of year. Highly recommend Spurk. Will use again.
