Constraction reviews in Washington, Pennsylvania

We couldn’t be happier with Nelson. He and his team have done both a finished basement and refacing our kitchen. Both projects were very large in scale and priced more than reasonably. Nelson and his family are all very involved in the business and have become a part of our family. The quality N&C provides for your money is a welcome change in the current economic environment. Hire them for your next project, you won’t be disappointed!

My thanks to Nelson and his crew for the quality work they did remodeling our bathroom. They patiently answered all our questions, paid meticulous attention to detail, and produced a final product that exceeded our expectations. Beyond the quality work, they respected our house as a home by putting up dust containment at the work area, covered furniture in the area, and protected our flooring with drop cloths. They cleaned up at the end of each work day. I would highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with N and C Construction. They were highly recommended by a friend, and we are grateful for this recommendation. Both Nelson and Jessica were very helpful in all aspects of our kitchen remodel project. Their company provides quality workmanship, reliability and attention to detail when working on your home project. We were also very impressed by the skill and trustworthiness of their team members. We are extremely pleased with our beautiful new kitchen and highly recommend N and C Construction!

N & C Construction was the best decision we made in selecting a contractor for our kitchen model. Nelson came and met with us gave us suggestions and recommendations to open up our kitchen to add more room and after further discussion we went with his recommendations and couldn't have been happier with the choice that he suggested for us
Nelson his crew was very professional and paid close attention to detail.
For any future remodeling we will continue to use N & C Construction they are truly the best in the business.

N and C Construction is a family business that recently renovated our Master Bath, Hall Bath and Kitchen. Their quality and efficiency is outstanding. After 23 years in Real Estate Sales, I can honestly say that I have never seen a contractor so respectful of your home. I highly recommend them. We will continue to use them for more projects in the near future.

N & C Construction designed and implemented a complete reconstruction of our home's late 1980's original kitchen. Along this journey with N & C, my wife and I became so comfortable with Nelson and his team’s professional approach to their work, we added a complete replacement of all 1st-floor hardwood flooring and complete remodels of both 1st-floor powder rooms to our project's scope of work.

For our kitchen, N & C suggested the removal of the room's existing bulkheads if possible (which Nelson made happen) and the agreed upon design layout predicated replacing all countertops, cabinetry and appliances and changing the location of our cooktop, double ovens, and refrigeration units, and mounting an in-cabinet microwave into a new peninsula area complete with countertop bar-style seating accommodation.

As with any project of this scale, challenges surfaced along the way, but Nelson's expertise and innovation in solving for the unexpected was invaluable to the project's highly-successful completion.

Our new kitchen is fantastic, and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship and N & C’s attention to every detail, as well as the great care they took with our home in general.

A complete kitchen renovation can be disruptive, and N & C Construction earned our highest recommendation for their outstanding turnkey management of our project and its timeline.

Every expectation was met if not exceeded! We could not be happier with our project's outcome, and we have and will recommend N & C Construction to neighbors and friends!

We have hired N&C to do various jobs over the past eight years including kitchen and master bathroom remodels to finishing our basement. They consistently do high quality work, are friendly and professional. Nelson is great at offering suggestions and working with you to ensure that the finished product is exactly what you had envisioned. I have recommended him to friends repeatedly and won't hesitate to hire them again!

We have hired N&C for multiple projects over the last several years including kitchen, bath, and deck renovations. They are responsive, professional, and timely. They are our first choice when a project needs to be done since we know the work will be done correctly. Nelson will work with you to meet your exact needs and give reasonable recommendations. This is a family business that feels like family when they're in your home. Don't hesitate to call!

Nelson and his crew have done multiple jobs for us in the past...both jobs turned out amazing. He built a deck and gazebo for us several years ago...he and his team were honest, reliable, & professional. This is why we went with them again a few years later for our master bathroom remodel, we knew the job would be not only finished on time, but more importantly, done correctly. We will always consider N&C for future jobs...peace of mind and professionalism go a long way!

N&C has done multiple jobs for us over the past six years. Kitchen remodel, master bathroom renovation, finishing the basement (including installing a full bathroom from scratch), and a few random items. The crew is excellent. Always polite, always professional, the workspace stays clean and the job happens on time. They even humor the kids! The finished product always exceeds expectations. I won't hesitate to call Nelson and his crew to come out for the next job!

I would and have recommended Nelson & his crew to other families for their remodeling needs. Not only did N&C do a terrific job on our basement remodel, they brought new ideas to the discussion about how we could best utilize our space based on their previous projects. Everyday the job site was cleaned up from the day's work and floor coverings or were used if they needed to travel anywhere in the house. I would 100% use them again for any and all our home needs!

We purchased a foreclosure home that needed an entire makeover. Nelson was up for the challenge. He had very creative ideas for the best use of our space and was able to make them our reality. I now have the kitchen of my dreams! Everyone who enters our home comments on our gorgeous kitchen. Our master suite is also a masterpiece thanks to Nelson! He took down walls and expanded a small bathroom into a spa like oasis. N&C was very professional - from the office staff to the workers in our home. They were meticulously clean and Nelson’s eye for detail makes all the difference! They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.

We cannot say enough to describe how pleased we are with the remodeling jobs that have been completed by N and C Construction! Last year we had our kitchen area remodeled, and this year we had one full bathroom remodel and one bathroom refresh. Nelson and his crew transformed our spaces in both function and visual appeal. Their workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. Nelson's expertise is quite evident as he helped remedy some existing repair issues and offered great advice when making selections. He also does a great job explaining the process of the remodel as the project is ongoing. We will definitely utilize his services again and recommend N and C Construction for anyone seeking quality workmanship by an experienced and ethical company!
.

It took me three contractors before I found Nelson a contractor that when you shake his hand it means something that’s the way I was brought up and his workers are being taught the same way.I would recommend this company to anyone their work is timely and impeccable. The job site is cleaner than when they found it at the end of the work day .Nelson will fight the building suppliers not only to your satisfaction but to his as well.

Nelson and his crew are the absolute best! We have been using him for years and will never go with anyone else! They are very professional and reasonably priced. He uses quality materials...none of that builder grade stuff. He has always been upfront with all of the costs, there was never any surprises. He did my husband's man cave and I loved it so much that I had him redo my kitchen and morning room. Everyone who comes over to the house asks who did we use. He does amazing work. He is also very responsive whether I had questions or concerns, he was always available. If you want the best choose N&C Construction

I had two bathrooms updated and both are more functional and attractive. They were very professional while in my home , cleaning up every day and giving updates for the next day of work. They were upfront with costs and problems found while working. I would highly recommend their services.

We hired N & C Construction for a major home renovation, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The project included a large family room addition, a new patio, a screened-in porch, and a full basement underneath the new space. They also replaced our roof and installed new siding on the entire house.

From start to finish, the N & C Construction team was professional, communicative, and highly skilled. They kept the project on track, addressed any questions promptly, and the quality of their work is outstanding. Every part of the addition blends seamlessly with the existing structure — it feels like it was always part of the house.

What really impressed us was how they managed such a large project with attention to detail and care. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new space and highly recommend N & C Construction to anyone considering a home addition or renovation. They made a big, overwhelming project feel smooth and stress-free — and the results speak for themselves.

Nelson and his team delivered on every promise. Their quality of work, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping the space clean were outstanding. They did an excellent job remodeling our bathroom. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this company!

Nelson and his crew are very knowledgable! He knew exactly what the issue was with the shower faucet and gasket - and got it fixed in no time. I would recommend N&C construction for anyone that wants the job done correctly and in a timely manner.

Words cannot express the gratitude of work done well. My project was done expeditiously without continuous excuses and delays. The floor they put in for us was spectacular. Nelson and his crew were efficient and productive from the moment they started the project to the very end.

Nelson and his team transformed our first floor (kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, and entry way). They took it from an outdated cookie cutter home to a warm, modern, functional space for our family. They saw my dream of having a space that’s easy to entertain in and a kitchen for the chefs in the house - big and little! Nelson’s level of detail is exactly what we needed on a project this size. If you are looking to have some work done, you can’t go wrong with N & C Construction.
