Nelson is very knowledgeable! N & C did our bathroom remodel five years ago and we loved it. We recently had an issue with a gasket inside the faucet that went bad. When I called to explain what was happening, he immediately knew the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. Nelson was also very prompt - he stopped over that day to take care of it. That deserves not one, but two claps!

We needed to update our master bath and are so happy we went with N & C! I can't recommend them enough! We had a wonderful experience with Nelson and his entire crew from beginning to end!
Even the ladies at the material supplier, Pro Source, were so great to work with during the product selection stage of the project. They were so patient and made sure we were happy with our selections.
During confirmation, Nelson answered our questions thoroughly and thoughtfully when we had them. He took his time to explain the process. The quality of work he and his crew provided exceeded my expectations and the products they use are high end. I am so happy with the remodel. It's honestly one of the nicest bathrooms I've ever seen.
On a personal note, during the project my mother-in-law fell ill. Nelson and his crew were very understanding during that time.
The glass shower door will be added later by others.

You just need to hire N&C, you won’t be sorry! We had N&C remodel our kitchen. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The design ideas from Nelson gave us more space than we thought we could get. The communication leading up to starting the project and during the project was great! The crew working in my home, while I worked from home, were incredibly professional throughout the project. They always checked with me when I had meetings and let know when things were going to be loud. Every night when they left, they cleaned up so well. Workers took off their work boots to clean up the dust on my hard wood floors before they left. I guarantee there is no other contractor that will come in your home and clean up that well! The quality of the work was incredible! They do not cut corners, they do it the right way. The cost of the project was more than reasonable for what we got in this kitchen. I have added a couple before and after photos that speak for themselves.

N & C Construction was SO worth the wait. Nelson, John, Tony, his painting crew, his drywall guy, and Nelson's boys did such a great job on our basement. Hard to find good hard workers today and we were very happy we found them. Not only were they quick and efficient, they also were SO CLEAN. Every day they cleaned up after themselves- not a speck of dust from construction made it upstairs to our living space. We even had to leave for vacation 2 times and I didn't hesitate to leave my home in their care. Thank you Nelson!!

N&C just completed a complete renovation of our Master Bathroom and our Hall bathroom. First of all, the quality and craftsmanship are outstanding. The process that Nelson has in place makes it very smooth. We had zero unexpected delays that so often haunt big renovation projects. Any issues that came up Nelson was in front of them and worked with us to solve them.

The team was professional and clean beyond my expectations. Every single day they left a clean house.

You will likely have to wait a bit to get on the schedule but I promise its worth it.

They installed a new hot water heater and it went well. The first guy didn't tighten something up all the way or something and they came out immediately and fixed it. Friendly and good service.

Needed an estimate on three plugs for a kitchen and a cooktop downgrade. Priced us as 7000 dollars. Always get another opinion. We had a qualified electrician do all the work for under a thousand dollars

Needed a part for my air conditioner. They had the part at a great price and it was waiting for me at the desk to pickup. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Awesome service and a store that values my time is so rare to find.

I can not speak to the workmanship of these folks, because I couldn’t get them to bother to send me the quote for the work I needed done.
We called them on Monday to schedule an appointment with them after we realized we had a leak from our bathroom into our kitchen. They sent their estimator on Tuesday afternoon. He offered little to no information on cost or what would need done to fix or replace the cast iron pipes that were in need of attention, but did state he would be in touch with the estimate later that day or Wednesday by the latest. Thursday my husband called, after we didn’t receive anything from him. Of course the estimator was off that day-but would call us on Friday “first thing”. It’s Saturday and we have to call them yet again. What happened to this world that you have to chase people and companies around to give them your business and money. What ever happened to them earning it? This is so commonplace that when someone actually follows through and does what they say, we are surprised.
They will never have our business again. But obviously they don’t need it.

I contacted McKean plumbing after contacting Whirlpool about our water softener that quit working just after 3 years. They informed us that they were the only certified repairer in my area. Mark was sent out and did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem. He came back with his apprentice and voila. It’s working. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the softener and knew what he was doing. We did have to pay out of pocket but it is a relief to know he knew what he was doing.

Had an appointment cancelation, and when technician did finally show up, had an unprofessional condescending attitude, and acted like i didn't know how to operate a unit that I've had for 5+ years properly. Got it working..... for 3 days, then it stopped working properly. Would not recommend

We use McKean for our recovery house organization, they're always friendly and are good at getting things fixed in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them.
