I called George Plumbing after having been ripped off by a contractor who did very shotty work at my storefront and took off with my money. My store reeked of sewage and I knew I needed help from TRUE professionals. I got referred to George Plumbing Co and couldn’t be happier. Shawn and Nick showed up to the disaster and were a breath of fresh air. They thoroughly inspected the area and explained what they found. When I asked questions they didn’t make me feel stupid or seem annoyed like the contractor I had. Men like Shawn and Nick are a true rare breed to treat me the way they did - with kindness and compassion. I can tell you that as someone who values people over profit in my own business —- George Plumbing Co does the same based on my interaction with Shawn and Nick. I'm very, very happy with the team I got at George's Plumbing. Christopher and Jack are really outstanding professionals in their field. I've had a lot of experience in this area on big house projects (small houses, lots of work). I've never met a better team. Christopher sketched out the planning on work needed in this old house, and worked with me so I knew what to expect--cost-wise and time-wise. Always polite and considerate. This is a rare breed, real keepers. Below, new toilet to my specifications for a small bathroom. Perfect. Major work with the pipes under the 75-year old kitchen sink.

I just had the best experience with Chris Posada from George Plumbing Company. A plumbing issue that had been broken for months was fixed in minutes—literally. Chris was professional, quick, and knew exactly what he was doing.

But what really blew me away was what happened next. I casually mentioned a leaky toilet at another property, and even though it was 6:30 PM, Chris volunteered to go check it out. He showed up, took a look, and fixed that leak just as fast.

Service like that is rare. Chris, you’ve officially become my go-to plumber from here on out.

Christopher was very great! Showed up and found something wrong with what was delivered to us. Then went and got the new toilet for us himself and came back to install!

My shower decided not to turn off even though the knob was turned off. I called George plumbing and they sent Duane and Jack out to take a look and give me a quote. Once I aprroved they got to work and got my shower turning off and on like its supposed to. They did great work!

Called George on Monday, they answered promptly, communicated effectively and politely, and showed up exactly when they promised. Our plumbers Chris and Cody were very professional and efficient. All in all, I’m very satisfied with excellent service, a seamless install and a fair price for a quality Rheem water heater. Will definitely call George again.
