Have always relied on Roto-Rooter for quick service and fair pricing and Seth did not disappoint today! Have used Roto-Rooter on two of my homes. Thanks for great service again!

Had to replace old hose with pvc, to correct plumbing blockage. Required drilling into ceiling & walls. Roto Rooter (Zach) did great with this difficult job! Was professional, friendly, and returned to ensure all was well. Definitely recommend!

Contacted Roto-Rooter on a weekend and they responded very quickly. I especially had very professional and skillful service from Chris Gallardo. He resolved our problem very efficiently. I highly recommend their services.

My kitchen sink was draining slowly Sunday morning. So I called Roto-Rooter, and within an hour, a service associate arrived. William went over pricing and what he was going to do-in my case, snake the drain. Once pricing and the procedure was finalized, he got to work, and what I appreciated about William was the care he took from wearing foot coverings to laying down a tarp for his work space. Throughout the process, William would give me updates, and overall, I was happy with the experience. I do have a regular plumber but I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

William from Roto Rooter was great. Communicated well prior to arriving and explained everything over the phone giving me my options. Was very nice and would highly recommend.

Easy to make the appointment, same day service, they were at my house on time. Seth was great, found and solved my issue super quick. 10/10 would recommend.

Koby arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable about his evaluation and replacement of our water heater. He was very tidy and put everything back into place. I would highly recommend Koby and Roto-Rooter.

Our issue started around midnight when a backed up toilet spilled contaminated water into the 2nd floor ceiling which leaked down into the laundry and office rooms. Joel and roto rooter took nearly two days (thats how bad the issues were) to correct the issues but once he did the pipes and everything else looked amazing! Turns out when ray ellison built the house they laid the water pipes over the heating and cooling pipes so there was no angle for the waste water to properly flow but thanks to joel all that was fixed!

Roto was extremely professional, friendly, honest and expedient. I initially made the mistake of deciding on Will fix it but after the run around with them and the lack of professionalism I came back to roto. I learned my lesson and will continue to pick roto from here on out. You received a loyal customer. Thank you so much!!!!

Absolutely outstanding service from Roto-Rooter! I had a toilet emergency, and they responded faster than I expected. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and had the problem fixed in no time. It’s rare to find service this reliable and efficient these days. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my plumbing needs. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter for any toilet repairs!

He helped in an emergency water leak repair. Attempted to help me with my insurance company. Got me to a usable state relatively quickly and explained the whole process with me. Should I ever need anything again, i will be sure to call him!!

I scheduled service online to have a sink leak fixed and they sent Joel the same day. He was friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable! I was really impressed. Joel fixed my leak; He explained everything to me beforehand so I knew what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He was also very patient as I took notes on my phone, even asking if I needed him to slow down so I could get everything. Overall excellent service and a great experience for my first time using Roto-Rooter!

Eddie, the service plumber from Roto-Rooter, did an awesome job relocating my patio faucet. He was extremely professional, courteous, and thorough. He also didn't mind me observe him while doing the job and provided helpful information to understand his plan of action. I really appreciated Eddie's friendly personality. Koby, Ty, and Mario were the best. We had a crack in the sewer PVC 34 feet away from the home that was full of roots and required very fast service. Ty was able to schedule the excavation and repair the next day, the problem was solved! Highly recommend this company for fast service and great customer support.

Our toilet and toilet valve started leaking water and we didn’t notice until 9pm. Because a leak was coming from the valve we couldn’t even turn the water off at the wall and had to turn the water off for the whole house. I called multiple plumbing companies and this was the only one that could send someone out that night. Barret came by so fast and assessed the leaks and explained what happened and what we needed. The welding for the base of our toilet had snapped and needed to be welded again. He showed where it had worn down and snapped and explained he didn’t have the equipment to do it that night but he would come by the next day anytime and get it patched up. For the night, he stopped all the leaks and sealed everything and that gave us such peace of mind. He showed up the next day and promptly got to work and took care of everything. He tested multiple times and made sure we were aware what he was doing and why. This was not something I would have been able to take care of on my own. I’m so happy we got such a skilled plumber.

William was so helpful and informative. I had a house full and a ba led up pipe. He resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the service. Thank you William!

I must say I was very skeptical in calling Roto Rooter for my plumbing issues, when a friend that manages an apartment complex and I trusted had use RR service and recommended them. I truly was blown away by the attentiveness, integrity, workmanship and service of Seth Hardwick service technician. I too will recommend Roto Rooter! Plus they have a 6 month warranty on their service! One less worry.Thank you Seth and Rotor Rooter!

Had a bad clog and leak that backed up into our tub and couldn’t fix it ourselves. Called for an estimate and they sent someone pretty quickly to look at it. It was fixed quickly, and Seth was very friendly. Overall a great experience.

My parents had a plumbing issue in their restroom that happened around 4pm today. When they flushed the toilet it would come up from the shower. Knowing it was late in the day and on a Saturday, I was so worried we wouldn't get anyone out to there house until Monday. I called Roto-Rooter immediately after doing a search for an emergency plumbers and they got someone out there within the hour! Chris was very polite and told us what he would be doing and what the cost would be if it was what he thought it was. A few hours later he let me know what the problem was and was able to fix it!

I am very grateful to Roto-Rooter for being able to get someone out so quickly and helping my parents when they really needed it! I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues.
