Chris G. arrived quickly and did a wonderful job! We had a plumbing issue where garbage disposal contents and water were backing up and flooding into the house and patio. He had the issue diagnosed and fixed well within a couple of hours. Even took the time to tighten our disposal that had been professionally installed just 2 years ago because it was loose. He also recommended what we could do routinely to ensure our pipes stay in top shape!

Hired Roto Rooter to unplug a few slow drains in my house, specifically the shower drain and a sink upstairs. The call and appointment center was very professional on the estimate and work process. They communicated in advance arrival time and any any changes so I can make decisions.
The technicians William Navarro and Michael Akers showed up on time and were extremely professional and well mannered. Provided a reasonable quote with NO pressure tactics. Both went above and beyond to include fixing another small sink issue. Will hire them again. Recommend them for anyone dealing with drain issues.

I can’t believe how great the service was! We had a sudden sewerage back up into from our restroom that went into our house. It was awful!! I contacted Roto-Rooter and the agent was so kind and set us up with an appointment the same day. The technician- Nicholas arrived within an hour and quickly took care of the problem. I felt so bad for him because the mosquitoes were not helping. Nicholas walked us through the issue and the work was completed what seemed like minutes. I have never experienced such great service with any plumbing service. If I could give them 10 starts I would!! The experience was that great!! Thanks again to your entire team!

Had such a great experience! Matthew Balderas, Koby Lee, and Zach Saenz really helped my family they came in a moments notice when we had a burst tank and stayed until the job was done even when it got dark out! These are hard working trusting guys and I would recommend them to help anytime! They made sure I was knowledgeable in what was going on every step of the way

Yes the man that helped me out was Seth and he’s out of San Antonio. Unbelievable service very friendly very personable. He definitely deserves a raise. I don’t know him up until he came to my house last night on Christmas Day. Very polite went out of his way to do a great job and I have not had any problems today which it’s only been one day but very happy with the service.

Michael was awesome! The appointment was immediately after I called. Michael was fast, efficient and friendly. I have no complaints. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions. Sink was clogged and now it's not.

Had a drain clog late at night…9pm, and they came out right away! The service was super fast, and the guy who helped me was really friendly and professional. Unbelievable service the man they sent out from San Antonio. His name was Seth. He did a fantastic job very personable, friendly polite trustful did an exceptional job and came out on Christmas Day. How can you beat that? I know how give that man a raise and this is the first time I’ve ever met him so it’s not like I know him Great job though today I’ve had no problems and if that continues five stars all the way, thanks Roto-Rooter. I appreciate it.

They made it sound like our walls were filled with mold- and diagnosed the issue as cosmetic that the shower would need to be completely renovated—after telling us they couldn’t help the manager called stating if we got our insurance involved he could help us. When the insurance was asking for any documentation they refused to give us any and said he would reach out and talk on our behalf, which was the first red flag. ( mind you the service call just to have the plumber come was 300) we marked them as our plumbers on our insurance and he argued that he wasn’t and use to work for the insurance company. We ended up hiring new plumbers- they charged way less to come out and found the issue quickly getting it fixed same day. We were able to let our insurance know what was going on and how they treated the situation- just in case they had fellow people filling unnecessary claims!

A very excellent experience. Our plumber, William Navarro was professional, efficient and very courteous. He knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend hiring Rotor Rooter.

What I like about Roto Rooter is, they respond quickly and they give a 2 hrs window, while others give an 8 hrs window. William the technician showed on time, friendly, courteous and professional. Our repair ended up taking over 8 hours, but Koby, Zach, and Fernando worked tirelessly the entire time with such professionalism, patience, and great attitudes. They made sure everything was fixed properly and left everything clean when they finished. Arrived promptly on a sewer backed call (within an hour to hour and a half). Extremely professional, knowledgeable and did the job without any hang ups! Definitely put new plumbing guy.

Ira was excellent! He arrived promptly and got straight to work. Within about 15 minutes, he had our drain unclogged and made sure there were no other issues that could cause future blockages. He patiently answered all our questions and provided helpful tips for routine maintenance. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and would gladly refer them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Just want to give a big shoutout to Seth for coming to my rescue. My shower water flooded my restroom again, coming from my toilet. I called Daniel from Roto-Roter, he called dispatch and Seth was at my house within an hour. He assessed my problem, got Ty over here with a scope to checkout my pipes, and worked hard to get my pipe cleared and my problem under control. I really appreciate all his hardworking and how he truly cared about what I was going through. I’d definitely recommend this company to my family and friends or anyone looking for a good plumber. The Guys they send out are always friendly and professional and get work done in a timely manner. They have been in service for decades and I see why. That’s also gives me confidence in them standing by the service they provide.

Technician came out same day we called to install our new dishwasher, that sorry Home Depot said they weren’t qualified to do after dropping it off. Tech arrived on time, you can track online/app. And completed the install no issues. Quick and painless. Not much else to say. Exactly how I like business being done. Would definitely use them again.
