Fantastic Service! Noticed the hot water heater booster was leaking water on the tank, called Olde Time Plumbing and Sean arrived later the same and installed a new booster pump! Price and customer service was phenomenal.

James was on time and repairs were completed quickly. Job site was left clean. We’’ve used Olde Town Plumbing in the past for our plumbing repairs and will definitely call on them again when we have a need.

Kevin was awesome. Did the work quickly and was professional. Only took about 15 min and they were done. Will highly recommend.

Our tankless water heater water line started to have some corrosion and leaking. Called Olde Town Plumbing and they were able to come out relatively quickly, repaired the corroded line and spent extra time flushing out our whole system. Reasonable price considering it had been 2 years since last serviced. Very pleased!

Very knowledgeable & patient! Olde Town Plumbing-OTP responds very quickly, & service technicians arrive early within the allotted time frame. Service technicians also perform quality work quickly, and no mess &/or clean up after (I have had experiences with other services where I had to clean up messes after services, but never with OTP!). The pricing on services and parts is more than reasonable! I highly recommend OTP, & I will definitely call them again for services! :)

Update: I wanted to get more specific on what was done: new water softener, new RO, smart toilet installation, multiple faucet replacements, shower fix. The company is professional and responds really well via text and phone right away. The plumber I worked with (I THINK his name was Shawn but not positive) was clearly knew what he was talking about and was super friendly. These guys are legit.

Kevin and his assistant were amazing!!! They found the problem within a couple of minutes…and fixed it! They were both kind, personable, and respectful. I will be using Olde Town Plumbing anytime I need services in the future and will recommend them to everyone!

Olde Town Plumbers were recommended by our painters (who we really like), and we have used them several times for issues with our new house. Each time they were promo and did a super job at a good price. Justin found the problem with our hot water heater recirculating pump right away (it was a bad timer) and fixed 3 other minor issues in less than a half hour. He is great and very nice.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I needed to replace a hot water heater. They showed up within hours after I called and stayed until late to get the job done. Prices are fair. Service Techs were friendly and informative. Kept the work area clean and left with any mess. I'm so glad I found these guys. Great job!!!!

Would recommend! Drain was clogged and Olde Town was able to come out same day to get it working again. Brett was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable.

No fuss, fair shake deals. Let me know a concern was a non issue and I really appreciate that these days.

They also did work before a concrete pour for me and so far everything seems great.

I will absolutely be calling them again for plumbing needs beyond my bandwidth and recommending them to friends.

Justin and James came out on short notice for a leaking water heater. They gave me a fair price and replaced it within two hours! They went over the whole procedure before starting and were clean and through. Give them a call for your plumbing needs!

Olde Town Plumbing did a great job replacing our water heaters and softener. They were professional throughout, the estimate process was painless, and they made sure everything we agreed on went in as expected. The install looks great, and I'll definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I sent one of my guys here for a common PVC plumbing fitting, because we were working halfway between Grove and Home Depot, and I figured why not support the *less* big business. Boy was I surprised when my guy came back having spent a full 200% of what the same piece costs at Depot. Lesson learned.

I have been here twice now for one or two normal items, have waited for about a half an hour each time though there are 1-2 people in line. It's like walking into a time warp. The people at the counter are friendly and helpful.

We wanted to look at the showroom before purchasing hardware for our kitchen sink. I called ahead of time twice, once on Saturday to make sure they were open. Sometimes websites are not consistent with real hours. It said online they were closed and I got no answer when I called, so I figured they were definitely closed Saturday. I called today, Monday and they said they were open until 4:30pm. It also says that on their website. We went to see the showroom and drove an hr away to do so only to be confronted by a very rude man at the counter telling us the showroom was closed and we’d have to come back the next day and they were open Saturdays, which was not the info I got. He blamed the person who answers the phone said she doesn’t know anything. He raised his voice at us and didn’t treat us like customers who were willing to spend thousands on plumbing supplies. We will go elsewhere for this purchase.
