HORRIBLE customer service! Two employees were present and NEITHER acknowledged me!!! Even after I spoke, neither asked what brought me in or if I needed assistance! Nice showroom + horrible customer service = 0/10 I'LL SHOP ELSEWHERE; YOU'RE NOT GETTING MY MONEY!

Chalana the technician was very knowledgeable about my situation. He was on time and very respectful of my home. I was very pleased with his service.

Had a Christmas Eve emergency with a clogged sink. They got someone to my house in 30-40 minutes. The plumber was friendly and worked clean and efficiently. A bit pricey but expected for the urgency.

Ash came out the next day and was able to resolve the clogged drain, checked the sump pump and fixed the sink stopper. Pleasant, thorough, and explained everything step by step. Roto Rooter still has it. Cost was $532.00, 😣.

We found a leak from a pipe in our basement that actually had a hole in it. We called at 11:30 at night and was told that someone would come between 8-10am in the morning. At 7:30, I received a call stating that the worker would be there in a half an hour. The plumber came at 8:30 and after he looked at the pipe, he told me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He grabbed some supplies from his truck and by 9:00 am he was done. I have never had a plumber work so fast on a repair and was very thorough in explaining what was wrong. In a nut shell the pipe was really old and had no shut off valve. If we hadn’t caught it, it would have burst. I’m just glad that he was able to fix it.

Yeah they’re a more expensive than other, but the experience, peace of mind, professionalism and speed of service is kind of unmatched. If you want it done fast, right and cleanly there’s really no question you should just go with RR

Roto Rooter has done right by me multiple times. When we first moved into our home we lost our water on Christmas due to some piping issues. The very next day they sent a plumber out to solve our crisis. Today I was having a leak and they sent Dylan to check things out. He was very thorough and was able to identify the issue pretty quick! Super grateful we have trustworthy and hardworking plumbers in the area!

Doug did a great job installing new copper lines and shut offs at my house. My old valves leaked and I needed to run water lines to my other room so he killed two birds with one stone. Thanks!! (Disregard anything that is not copper that was already there)
