Mike did his thing it this hard to replace from others plumbing company. I can't express how blessed and grateful for Mike and Roto-Rooter the company that understood everything I was going through with this issue. The final look at this job is amazing and perfect no more issues with the bathroom and everything is flowing right down like it supposed to do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything Mike and Roto-Rooter did for my family and I.

Chalana provided fast service and was very knowledgeable. He was friendly and arrived on time. My shower was not regulating temperature and he fixed that and showed me how to fix another issue as well. Awesome service. Highly recommended.

Brian the tech was great!
He was fast and explained everything.
He even pointed out issues that may arise in the future, with 0 pressure to purchase those services.
Cost for service was a bit over priced, but that is not his fault at all!

Brian was great! He had everything back up and working quickly and explained everything clearly. He gave us tips on preventing future problems and answered all our questions!

Chalana was extremely helpful to me and knew a lot about my toilet plumbing problems in my house. He was extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable having him as my expert plumber.

The restoration crew was highly professional and attentive. They moved (and replaced!) contents from the wet areas and meticulously cleaned the flooded area. They set up fans and a dehumidifier and checked for dampness every day until we were thoroughly dry. They certainly helped us through a very challenging process.

Our technician, John technician 1000, was beyond fantastic. He was able to come in, fix our water heater leak and be done in less than an hour after he showed up. Worth every dollar and honestly after service like that, wouldn’t mind paying more. Very friendly and caring. I would recommend him to anyone

Brian Green did an amazing job troubleshooting our clogged septic. There was a clog between the house and the street. Brian was friendly and courteous. We will welcome him back for any plumbing needs in the future!! Also, immediately responded!

Brian was great! He explained every step he was taking, every piece that needed fixed and why, and gave recommendations where they were needed. He helped with a toilet issue and installing a new water shut off valve in a better location! He was great to talk to and I trusted him with everything!

We had a washer drain backup that led to water coming through our ceiling lights, and Roto-Rooter was great to work with. Chalana quickly found the lint buildup in the drain, fixed it, and explained everything clearly so we understood what happened and how to avoid it going forward. Really appreciated the quick, calm help in a stressful situation.

CHALANA arrived in time, knew exactly how to resolve the issue and got it done quickly! I appreciate him putting in booties also as it was snowing and wet outside. He was also very friendly and informative! Thanks

My experience was what you expect. They called and confirmed appointment, showed up and was so friendly and courteous and the price was what I could afford. Really answered all questions I ask and showed things I could do if things go wrong. I will always make them my go too. Happy I called. What a blessing indeed.

Why advertise on the website and everywhere estimates are free? When I contacted them for an issue to come out, asked questions over the phone like how much is to come out they wouldn’t tell you. They said technician will tell you. The person I talked to first time over the phone wasn’t pleasant, she was getting frustrated because I wasn’t explaining the way she wanted.

To clear out a outside sewer drain onetime is 665 plus
To have a camera run through out the drain onetime is 395 plus
That was told by the technician, it would help someone out there like me.
People work hard for their money and to rip them off with high amounts

Chalana was very thorough in providing the options to fix my disposal problem. He reviewed pricing and allowed me to understand the terms prior to addressing the issue. He did fix my disposal as well.
