When an upstairs water spill created leaks in my ceiling , Frankie and his crew were sent to do water mitigation. They were great! Took care of protecting my furniture, carpets, etc during the process and then left everything cleaned up and back in place when done . The actual ceiling work was so well done also . The next few days David came out daily to check moisture levels in the ceiling . He was awesome and kept me informed of daily timeframes and in accommodating my schedule . I can’t say enough for the positive experience I had with Frankie ,his crew , and David . They did a great job and were so accommodating . Their level of skill , professionalism and pleasantness just made the situation and process a little easier to accept and deal with . I would highly recommend them.

Chalana came to put house this morning when we discovered we had no water. Pipes were frozen. He did a great job unfreezing the pipes and advising us how to handle very cold days in the future. Above and beyond. Great service provider! Will call again!

Jake was my plumber. He was excellent. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to sneak out the main drain. In addition he was extremely kind and courteous he unplugged my washer and waited with me to make sure that it were just a couple minutes. I am hoping this review might get him an increase in his

Had a toilet overflow, sewage flooded basement. Roto Rooter has been great. From initial fixing frozen sewer line to remediation. Tyler walked me through whole process & Kevin did the clean up..I could be more happy. Very professional & courteous, fast & on time. Price was reasonable for emergency services. Coupons came in handy. Will use again

My shower had a serious issue — there was a snake stuck in the drain, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. Chalana handled the situation calmly, professionally, and with real expertise. He quickly diagnosed the problem, cleared the clog, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

He was punctual, respectful of my home, and took the time to explain what he was doing and how to prevent future issues. It’s not every day you run into someone who combines skill, professionalism, and great customer service the way she does.

Terrible, sloppy vent install. Crooked, messy, and nothing like professional work. Very disappointing. And this is the front of the house! Update: the install of the water heater was good. The only bad part was the vent. But I painted it and it looks better. But I will have to work on making this look better when the weather warms up. New picture posted.

UPDATE: After posting this review, Roto Rooter reached out and apologized and offered to send me back my $300. Thank you. I appreciate the accountability and response.

I first want to say, before I say so many bad things about this company, that the two men I dealt with were very, very nice.

Roto Rooter sends a plumber to unclog my sewer drain at 9pm on Sunday, thankfully. My toilet and sink are backing up into my tub. He tells me he has to remove the toilet and snake the drain, and it'll be $948, which seems insane but I'm not in my right mind so I approve. He removes my toilet and all of the water goes everywhere until it is pouring through the ceiling in my kitchen and onto the floor. I run upstairs and he's doing nothing to stop the water flowing. I bring him towels. He has no towels of his own. It seems like the flooding situation is the new problem but he's not doing anything about it, so I'm grabbing every piece of absorbent cloth in the house to keep this in check. He starts shop vaccing up water from the tub, where water is contained, and not from the floor, where water is still freely moving and pouring into the downstairs, and he throws it over the railing of my second floor porch, onto the walkway below, which nearly instantly freezes. This seems unprofessional, but I like the guy so I just tell him I have a working sink downstairs, remember? He starts shuttling the water down to the sink downstairs. After trying to snake the drain, he tells me the pipe is actually frozen. We're gonna have to open up the wall to get at it.

Meanwhile, water mitigation guy comes over to tell me that I'll have to file an insurance claim so that roto rooter can come fix the ceiling damage, and to open the wall so the plumber can fix the pipe. Nobody knows anymore how much this will cost, because now it is a huge job, but they assure me they can offer discounts.

I tell them I need to think about it and they leave. Because the plumber didn't fix the problem, I didn't pay the full price, but he did make me pay him $300 for a service charge (discounted from $418), which I guess is for the pleasure of having my bathroom and kitchen flooded with sewage water.

I ended up just waiting for the pipe to thaw, which took three days. I'll never use this company again, not just because the plumber doesn't carry towels and charges $1000 to unclog a drain, and not because the mitigation people tried to charge me for damage they caused, but because I shouldn't have had to pay them anything. They didn't fix the problem, and they caused a new problem.
