The guys were fantastic. I had a clogged that had backed up the whole house. They cleared and discovered the larger issue. Now we can start getting to the root of tge problem and not jyst the symptoms

Rob and Juan did a fine job replacing our 10 year old water heater. They were courteous, professional, thorough and fast getting it done.

Discovered a water leak under my kitchen sink, already had an inch of standing water in the cabinet. Called Olde Town Plumbing and a plumber was at my house within 30 mins. Friendly guys, quick repair and fair price!

I decided to try out Olde Town Plumbing, based on the rave reviews they were getting online, including the Facebook site of the community I live in. They exceeded in every phase of the replacement of my attic-mounted hot water heater. From their front-end scheduler, Cindy, to their outstanding installers, Justin and James, it was absolutely painless. They accommodated my schedule, had the job done in less than two hours, and were so polite and professional, I wanted to ask them to stay for dinner! Seriously, Olde Town has figured out the Customer Service piece of home repair and improvement. I wish there were an Olde Town Electrical, Olde Town Lawn Care, Olde Town Car Repair...
They obviously hire and retain great people with great technical skills. They have really figured out the model. Goes right to my Top 3 favorite businesses in Boerne. And I always stay LOCAL as much as possible.

I had a bad experience with another plumber in town so was nervous about hiring another but Olde Town was amazing! The guys came out, on schedule, quoted me before they started the work and fixed the issue quick. Super nice guys, polite and left no mess behind.

Needed a backflow test. Informed tech the irrigation system was defunct and wanted the system capped. Quoted me $1200 over the phone to replace the valve. When I asked for an itemized invoice and an explanation why I was not quoted for a cap, they ghosted me. Ended up getting the job done for $289. Never trust a technician that does not give you options or at least explain why there is only one option. Very shady sales techniques was my experience.
