Seth and Ty came out to fix my main drainage block with the Q-tip method and did a phenomenal job. They were transparent, showed me the issues, and did everything they could to resolve my issue. These guys are great

Absolutely great experience.
Water in my kitchen sink was not draining and I called home warranty to start a claim. Their technicians came, used a sewer machine and since being unable to unclog it they were quick to drop my claim without a proper inspection but being quick to state that there must be another reason for a clog.
So I called few companies, and as the last one- randomly found- but with good reviews- I also called Roto-Rooter. It was Sunday and the appt was scheduled for same day. Technician Darrel came and I could see right away that he was professional- was trying to understand fully what the problem might be. He went outside of the home to find out the direction of the line. Explained how the system works. But what’s most important he was also very transparent. Since I already had another company run a sewer machine without result, but since he couldn’t proceed without that step he offered that I would not be charged for that service if it didn’t provide result- unclog the pipe- which was a very fair deal in my opinion and I went for it and I’m glad I did- as he was able to unclog the pipe right away and without any issue. He proceeded to use a camera to inspect the pipes which were found to be in good condition, and I was given six months warranty. I really appreciated Darrel’s service and I do recommend this company- as based on someone’s attitude alone you can tell much- and in this case I could see there was an understanding, effort, transparency, and results.

Cori saved the weekend big time!! After a botched installation of a seriously heavy washing machine Cori was able to show up on a Friday night and execute a pretty simple fix behind the machine. So what if I’m doing laundry late on a Friday night? It beats the laundromat.

William did an excellent job for us. He was persistent and made sure to get the job done so we could get back to business. We're certainly happy that he stayed longer than he was supposed to! Great job!

We had a great experience with Brett from Old Town Plumbing. We have used Old Town now for about 2 years and have been very happy with their service. They have worked on our faucets, our fire places, and our water heater. Their technicians are very nice and knowledgeable.

These folks are tops in our eyes , we have resided here (in Boerne)for 11 months now , and had Old Town Plumbing out 3 or 4 times for different repairs ,/ upgrades to our home . This last occasion, was to install a new shower head / combo as I just had a surgery & were unable to do myself @ this time( and we were expecting some of our kids, and grandkids) . These folks are always on time , very clean , quality workmanship, patient & thorough. Our next project for them is to install a full house filtration system / softener system , looking forward to it .

Justin was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. The work area was clean and tidy. Gave some helpful ideas for some questions I had regarding the kitchen sink/disposal area. He identified and fixed the existing problem quickly. I would definitely recommend Olde Town Plumbing and Justin and I will definitely call them again if I have any problems in the future.

I called Olde Town Plumbing at 11am to address a plumbing problem at my home. Olde Town was very responsive. Sean arrived by 1:00pm and had my problem solved within an hour or so. Price for the work was quoted before work started. I would recommend Olde Town Plumbing to anyone without reservation.

Needed a Soft water system, Rob found the best unit for a great price. Fit me into his busy schedule and installed the unit. Installed professionally, looks like it came with the home. All the electrical and plumbing is barely noticeable. Clean and neat the way I like my garage. Will use Olde Town for all my plumbing needs, just hope it's not often.
