Head manager took Covid as a joke. Let one imployee infect all there staff. Had all new staff come in and new staff dosnt know what I need. Fustrated that they would take Covid as a joke. Now business suffer thanks to them. Will not be coming back.

I always have a terrible experience at Reese plumbing especially at the stockyard location. But to be honest all of their locations are extremely slow extremely poorly stocked and their customer service obviously emphasizes on ignoring the customer I'm so sick of coming to Reese I will never come to a Reese plumbing store specifically the stockyard location ever again in my entire life and I'm 37 I'm going to be plumbing for a long time.

Chris from Roto-Rooter came to fix a main line issue. He was very professional and kind and told me what was going on every step of the way. He worked hard to fix my issue, which turned out to take much longer than expected. He was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter again for any issues!

Joel is extremely knowledgeable with his skill set. He figured out the the issue before validating the problem. Joel explained the issue and provided a step by step of what must occur to resolve the problem. He saved the day. Joel is a super star at his job and I would take him over a master plumber.
