I called ahead and spoke to someone on the phone about a specific part. I even asked them to google what it looked like and they assured me they had a few options in stock. So I drive 30 minutes to the store, only for them to tell me they don't stock anything like that. Quite frustrating.

The employees didn't really seem interested in my business. I went in three times to gather info to be able to special order a sink. The third time I was ready to order the sink, and the guy told me it was too late, but I'll call you tomorrow. He never called me back. I'm so glad they are thriving to the point that they can dismiss my business. Congratulations!
