Lots of stuff, mostly plumbing but still a wide selection of other hardware. Of course they didn't have what I wanted. I was the only customer.

I ordered a custom Faucet, Pot Filler, and Garbage disposal air switch back in December. I was told my order would arrive in 6-8 weeks. The pot filler and Faucet arrived on schedule, on February 22, 2017. However, the garbage disposal air switch did not arrive on time and I am still waiting to receive the item. When I picked up my items, they mentioned that the PO had been lost for the garbage disposal. They said since it was the weekend Waterstone was no open but they would call me first thing that Monday to let me know when the switch would arrive. I called standard plumbing on that Tuesday February 28th and they still hadn't contacted waterstone to see what happened or when the air switch would arrive. I followed up again a few days later and Standard plumbing still didn't have a date as to when the switch would be arriving. It is now March 20th, and I have called once again because Standard plumbing has not followed up with me as to when the switch would be arriving. They finally contacted waterstone today....and got me an answer that it would be available on April 11th. They have offerened me nothing in return. Needless to say I would never order from Standard plumbing unless you want to chase them down and never get a call back when they have said multiple times they will look into the issue. Never again will I do business with them. The worst customer service in town.

Great service in a well ordered showroom. Lots of support and info but no pressure. Could have purchased items cheaper elsewhere but did not. Chose this store because of Scott and the time and effort he put into helping us. Great asset.

I go here all the time for my plumbing supplies and they are very quick to help you. I am in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great place!!

Carry most of what a plumber needs. Good staff, friendly and helpful. Prices can be a little higher, but they try to accommodate when they can. More of a shop for pros than homeowners.
