Disappointed in how i got treated.i had bought a product and needed more so i went back to get more but was charged $10.00 more and was told pretty much , oh well.

These guys were very helpful with all my questions and got me what I needed. I also like that they are open later than any other plumbing supplier. I can always count on Van Marke trade supply.

They have what you need everytime. But the salemens are pretty rude and helpless if you buy small items from them. They tread you like gou are way inferior. Not good staff..

They had everything we needed. Fantastic store for finding the exact parts you need for plumbing issues. Staff was very nice and helpful. Prices were competitive with other stores.

Cody is such an awesome guy . These are the kind of employees any business owner wishes he had. I came in this morning and realized I had forgot to hit the bank I was a few bucks short and rather than having to go to the bank and make a separate trip LED lights to my first job he used his own money to cover me. They had exactly what I needed- Even though i didnt know the name of it, i just explaoned what kind of a cap i wanted, and the gentleman brought me right to it!)

I love landmark, especially this one. They're right, centrally located in Scottsdale and they have everything that you're going to need for working there. This is a great plumbing supply. They're also open to the public and have a good selection of toilets, water heaters and all the odds and ends that you need for keeping the plumbing in good repair in your house. Pilot, on time and solved the problem

Paris, the technician, was very patient, kind, and transparent with all details regarding my shower. He explained everything that was damaged, the steps and materials needed for repair/replacement, and the price of everything. They even managed to fix everything same day, as well as connect me with a specialist to deal with another issue I was having. Thank you!

It's awesome to know if a problem like a broken water comes up there's companies like Affordable Plumbing to fix it within 24 hours. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The price was a bit higher than expected, but they talked me through the reasoning and I'm satisfied. I appreciate their patience with me while I complained about their price compared to other quotes.

The new water heater looks great and is actually up to code now which is one less thing to worry about when eventually selling the house.

Called Affordable Plumbing for an emergency job and got a four hour window for a Saturday morning. That four hour window came and went without hearing anything from them regarding an ETA. I called and was told the technician was still at their prior appointment and that he would be reaching out shortly with an ETA. Half hour later, still haven’t heard anything from them. Terrible communication, unable to meet their four hour window. Would not recommend.

EDIT: Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars. Technician finally showed up over 90 minutes after the end of our window. Gave an estimate of 2-3 hours for repair, took almost 4 hours but repair quality is very good and cost a little less than I expected. I would give 4 stars for service/quality but 1 star for timeliness and communication prior to service being done.

Great service and communication. The live tracker to see when your tech will show up is super nice. This really is "affordable plumbing". We had a couple items serviced for a very reasonable price and it was done quickly even with a trip to Home Depot and back. We called on Saturday and had a visit out on Tuesday.

Let me start by saying, this company is amazing. From the first call with Brenda to another call with Diana. They were busy, but made time for our water heater emergency. Most companies will charge so much for same day calls, not this company!
Cesar came out and he was so polite! Didn't over explain, gave us the best price and got to work. And he went from, quote, to supply store, to finished work in an hour! Was worth every penny! We will only be calling this company and referring only this company for all plumbing needs!

When I called to make an appointment for a repair, I spoke with Ron, the owner of Affordable Plumbing. He scheduled a service at our home in 2 days time, but was courteous enough to contact me a few hours later & offer same day service due to a cancellation. I took the appointment & was so glad I did! Cesar & his assistant did a fantastic job! I was informed of the inspection & repair process as well as cost before any work began. The repair was speedy & they left the bathroom clean as well. I would definitely recommend Affordable Plumbing & will be a repeat customer!

Work is still not done. Not all of the delays are due to Affordable Plumbing. However, the pricing to repair I’m learning is significantly higher than it should be. They are charging over MSRP for parts and extended labor to do the repairs. I’ve contacted two other plumbers and got prices significantly lower for the same repair. They also wouldn’t honor a coupon that was on their website for faucet installs. I have been using them for years and their prices have recently gotten out of control. As an example in trying to find a bleed in a cartridge in a sink between hot and cold they said they would need hours and to pull every cartridge in the house, I said why not just turn the water at the valves off and see if it’s one at a time. Much quicker and cheaper. Then the parts for a Rinnai tankless valve were over 260.00 for a 89.00 part being shipped to me direct. I’m fine with a company making a profit but not extreme on my dime. Manufacturer also said replacement should be less than an hour. I was quoted way more. Validated labor with another plumber.

We got quite a few quotes for our water heater replacement, and Affordable Plumbing was by far the most professional and detailed — at a competitive price. Cesar and Kosta were both very friendly, polite, and professional. They had a new (nonstandard size) water heater and expansion tank installed same-day. Definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Exceptional service! Cesar and Kostas (may have misspelled his name- sorry) were both AMAZING! I had a leak and my water bill was through the roof, I had no idea where it was coming from. Cesar assessed my property front and back and found the problem areas. He was kind, knowledgeable and explained everything! Kostas fixed all of my issues in a timely manner and explained everything thoroughly as well. He was professional and very kind. I’m really big on customer service so thank you! I’ll be using Affordable Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks again!
