They showed up promptly. Joel and Gary were knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs.

I called Great Bay first thing in the morning when my boiler stopped working. The owner personally showed up that afternoon, one hour later I had Heat. Fast, friendly service .

Update: For some reason, was not calling back. Not sure why, but communication is important - I had to knock down a few stars. Not sure if the same crew is out in the field.

Spoke with Dennis today and asked to schedule a furnace cleaning and a hose faucet install. I originally asked for October but he said he actually had an opening THIS MORNING. I took advantage and had his crew come over.

The two guys, Joel and Jason were top notch guys and had good dispositions. My wife even commented on how respectful and nice they were.

The came in, cleaned my larger furnace, and installed the hose faucet in about 3 hours. They even remembered to put in a shut-off valve and a drain spigot as requested.

Five stars from me speaks volumes about these guys. Honest, professional, as good as it gets. I'm having them back to give some estimates on some other plumbing work I'd like done. It feels good to have found a professional residential team that earns the word 'craftsmen'. They really do care about their work!

Hunter and John came by our home today to install 3 Moen faucets. They were respectful of our property by removing their shoes. They also took the time to clean up once complete. They worked well together and had the faucets replaced in our two bathrooms in an hour.
Very professional and efficient. Would definitely utilize their services in the future if required.

They were great. I was fortunate enough that they were able to come the same day and address the issue in less than an hour. I had a leak situation with my shower that they were able to immediately identify. I highly recommend them.

This is an amazing family run company. They provide excellent service from the initial call through to a job very well done. They say ¨Service in Hours and not Days¨ and I recently found that they live up to their word. When I arrived at my condo on a Saturday night and found my water heater leaking I needed help fast. Being the weekend I didn´t expect the response I got. I left a message on their phone Sunday morning, got a text back later in the day, and provided them will all the info they needed. They had a quote for me by 8:30 Monday, were here by 9:30, and completed the job by 11:00. While the price was at the high end of my expectation, it was worth it as they were friendly, helpful, personable and efficient. I have already recommended them to several friends, and will use them for any future plumbing/heating needs.

I highly recommend Vincent as he has supported me for two different problems in my newly purchased (but older) condo in Ashland. He is a very good plumber who is thorough investigating the issue(s) and then patient explaining the problems and possible solutions. I feel the value for the service provided is very good. He also comes recommended by a highly respected area contractor. I have found my new plumber!

We have used D'Ambruoso Plumbing & Heating for over 20 years. The first time I called them we had an emergency, they came right out with in an hour. They were very professional, and tidy. I highly recommend them. This company has always gone above and beyond.

Cannot say enough great things about this team! We came home from a vacation on Friday and had several issues going on in our home, and honestly I was terrified of what it would take to get it all fixed. From a leaky faucet to water pouring from a light in our kitchen when we tried to shower, they fixed everything in a couple hours and were here right after the weekend. I am beyond impressed, they were efficient, friendly, and inexpensive. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future both personally and for our campground! We called 6 other companies over 2wks, D’Ambruoso was the ONLY company to call us back. They got us on the schedule for 24hrs later and had our water issues sorted in 3hrs.

They were fast, reliable, and very friendly. Absolutely planning to use them in the future should old houses show more problems.

The only team I'll ever recommend! It can often be difficult to find a good company in the trades, many often have reputations akin to used car salesmen. I've often had difficulties even getting a response. Well, I can confidently say that relief has come in the form of D'Ambruoso Plumbing!

I originally got in touch with them last year to do some work and was very, very pleasantly surprised. This family crew is professional, prompt, punctual, courteous, polite, informative, and any other superlative you can think of. Not to mention the price seemed almost too low, that's never a bad thing, especially in today's economy!

Vincent from D'Ambruoso came out last year and again recently and as usual did fantastic work. He explained everything in simple terms for me and unlike some others we've worked with, I didn't feel talked down to. I was very pleased with their work and when we needed them to come back to the house, I didn't hesitate to reach out again.

He was able to come back out in only a week after I reached out and he fixed a leak in the basement by changing some pipes out from old copper to PVC. Vincent also took a look at some other issues we had and offered recommendations on how to fix them. Again, the price was low and the work was excellent! Couldn't be more satisfied.

There's simply no competition, D'Ambruoso is the ONLY team I'll ever use. Honest, dependable, timely, and affordable, high quality work, they're the total package. Another A+ job! Thank you again to the best crew around!

DO NOT USE!!! Nine out of ten people he rips them off and never shows backup. The other times he will do sub par work, subpar supplies, go over budget and budgeted time of completion.

Jim Tucker is a great plumber.
He just did a lot of work at my Hollis,NH home re-piping
and he gets it done right everytime.Highly recommend
using Jim.

Comes out to check backup problem ok says he will be back in a day or so with an estimate ok. Doesn't show up, doesn't call or return my calls, doesn't text for almost two weeks! Then finally he texts me saying that he is allergic to cats. He knew I had a cat because Thai Khat MET HIM AT THE DOOR!! Why didn't he say at that point he was allergic to cats???

Very poor experience with Jim Tucker. He roughed 2 bathrooms incorrectly because he ignored the plans that we gave him, we asked him to install an off-set drain in the master shower, he refused and proceeded to drilll a large hole in the center of our subfloor for the drain, which we told him 5 times was not what we wanted, we now have to pay our GC to replace the subfloor so our new plumber can install it properly, we told him multiple times that we wanted our Moen shower valve in the master bath and the Brizo valve in the guest bath, yet, he decided to ignore our instructions and to install them (soldered them) in the wrong bathrooms, and, now we have to pay our new plumber fix this, and, on top of all of this he was rude to my wife. That was the last straw and we had to fire him. Buyer beware. I would hate for anyone else to go through the daily stress and the added cost of dealing with Jim that we experienced.

As a first time customer Jim came out on a moments notice. We were in a pinch with a pin hole leak right before dinner time. He was timely, professional, nice to the whole family and explained everything he planned to do step by step. His responsiveness and professionalism were well received and we will certainly be calling him to do some work in our home come spring time. Thanks!!

John installed an outside spigot. Very happy with the work will use him for all of our plumbing needs.

I have used John on numerous occasions, and he is prompt, does beautiful work and is reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone!
