Superb customer service. I’ve been here a few times seeking help with parts for various plumbing needs. The service employees greeted me and patiently researched my issue. On one occasion, I needed a small trivial part that attached to a faucet. Kohler gave me a hard time about getting this part. I went to this store and met with Karen G. , who then took her own time to resolve the issue.

Will come back here, hands down the best customer service I’ve seen.

I went to the showroom and there were two women working. They both did not even acknowledge that I was in the showroom. I told them I was building a home and wanted to look at fixtures and they told me to make an appointment. I would never purchase anything from this company.

Needed some work done on my well pump ect. They came up and found the problem right away and fixed it. Very pleased. I recommend them to anyone!

All the water in my house shut off (private well). I called and the woman who helped me over the phone notified me that all her guys were out but she'll reach out to them and see if they could swing by. I had someone at my house within the hour and the problem identified and fixed within two (from the time of calling). It was very affordable fix too which was a huge relief. They check the simple things first and work their way up and the plumber that helped me, Mike, was a great guy, easy to talk to, and didn't mind me shadowing his work (I enjoy learning different things) and asking questions along the way. Definitely recommend reaching out to this business for your plumbing needs!

Currier Plumbing was not only professional and courteous, but they were kind and you could tell they really cared. From the customer service over the phone with Diane to the actual in person experience with Nathan they were great all around. It's hard to find quality people that do quality work, but these guys definitely hit the nail on the head! We will be referring friends and we will absolutely be back. :)

Tried their emergency phone line yesterday evening, just showed busy every time that I called & I called the number both yesterday & today on more then one occasion. So, if you have an emergency, I would recommend calling elsewhere.

Diane who answers the phone is great and personable but I could never get them to come and do any work, even after 3 months of calling. They are just “too busy” even after explaining we had some safety concerns with leaks coming onto the floor. They may do good work but we will never know.

Very polite but never got back to me.

Quick prompt service installing some shut-offs and raising some water pipes in my house. Price was quite reasonable.

John said he was 2 weeks out to fix our plumbing issue and he called back and scheduled appointment within that timeframe and fixed the issue. Top notch servo!

John was professional and very quick to come fix my hot water heater! His prices were very fair. Came recommended from my neighbor, and I would also highly recommend him!

My water tank pressure control went bad. I thought I needed a new tank. John came by to check seemingly minutes after I called. To my relief he determined it was just that part. After getting me a new one, he came back and fixed it that day.. a miracle since it is right in the middle of the summer tourist/construction season. THANK YOU John, Jill and Brett !!!

We’re part time residents in Laconia and a kind neighbor checked on our condo to find frozen pipes. Knowing plumbers were likely overwhelmed with the recent storm, I was shocked to get a call back within hours from John and within 24 hours he went to our home and fixed the issue. I’m so grateful and impressed by his responsiveness and service given I’m a new customer.
