Unity Plumbing has competed work at our home in Vermont. From the moment we contacted them, Rocco was immediately responsive and professional. Job was completed promptly, clean work site, competitive pricing, and good communication all mean excellent customer service!

We hired Unity Plumbing remove and install a new cast iron tub, a toilet and a sink, and also to put in a tankless hot water heater in my Daughter's house. I honestly can't say enough about this company. Rocco, the owner, was so professional, on time every time, always made himself available around my Daughter's schedule. His pricing was very reasonable. He was neat and clean, and his work was spot on. He had great suggestions when we had questions. I highly recommend Unity Plumbing and Heating.

Hands down the best plumber in the area. Professional and kept to the time table set where no other contractors did. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Will definitely use his services again for work in that area. If you are looking for a plumber go no further Unity plumbing is the best!

Had leak with central air and Dylan an AC tech was extremely knowledgeable and identified the issue within 20 minutes and was able to do the repair on a Sunday. He identified a crack on the underside of PVC piping. He was knowledgeable respectful of our home and efficient.

Jeff was awesome - when roots blocked my sewer drainage he was empathetic about the situation and gave me a clear outline of the issue and solutions. Shortly after he arrived the drain was clear and we lined up a permanent fix that I’m looking forward to getting installed.

Everything was smooth and efficient, from scheduling through work completion. Jeff F did an incredible job fixing our weird sink problem. He quickly diagnosed the issue and came up with a plan to fix it (and it worked!). He explained everything clearly and was a genuinely nice person throughout.

Yesterday, I had my 4 mini splits serviced with a deep clean of the “headers.” Because of the promotion that was running, I was able to have all 4 units completed with this long overdue service.

The technician, Andrew, was wonderful. He was prompt, communicative, professional, and showed the utmost respect for my home. He made sure I was informed about details of the service, the process, and worked so hard for 5 hours nonstop. Thank you, Andrew, for representing 128 PHCE, so well!

Our water heater went out on us Tuesday before Thanksgiving. We reached out to one company that day and were able to come out Wednesday to assess the issue. They weren't able to install a new one until the following Tuesday. We called Kenco Wednesday around noon and they were able to come out and install our brand nee water heater that day at a better price than the initial company. They truly saved our Thanksgiving and we plan to do further business with them in the future. Highly recommend working with them.

We had a relatively simple job replacing a spigot for a hose, but even though it was a small job I felt that I got superior service throughout. I called on Thursday and got an appt for Monday. Hayden let me know mid-afternoon on Monday that he was running late due to complications on the prior job, and by the time he was finished it was pretty late. He was still willing to come, but I asked if we could reschedule and he was fine with that. The office called me first thing Tuesday morning to reschedule and Hayden and Will were at my house before 11:00. They were very pleasant to work with and did a great job! I highly recommend.

I had an emergency call out for an unshutable shower valve with no access to stop it spewing water uncontrollably but to shut my entire home off from the water intake supply valve. Leon came out within 30 mins of my initial call to respond to my needs. Leon did an amazing job. Really tried and used every tool in his power to salvage what he could for the valve to work. Explained through in great detail what my options were. And made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision for a valve replacement. Very personable and easy to talk to. Showed immense passion for his job and displays amazing work ethic and drive to just be able to help get the crisis taken care of. Would recommend him and all the staff at Kenco Plumbing And Drains to come to your emergent needs or for just routine installation or repairs.

We had a toilet & three faucets installed. Two of the three old faucets were really hard to get out. Both plumbers were professional, patient & thorough. They did a great job & if we need any plumbing done in the future, we’d definitely use Kenco again!

Same day service for a grease clogged kitchen sink. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a detailed verbal report of what they found and how they fixed it. I would use Kenco Plumbing again. They also offer a military and veteran discount. Great job.

Incredibly impressed with the integrity, professionalism and overall care from this company in an emergency situation. New to the area, we had no one to call when a massive leak happened, and are truly grateful Monadnock Plumbing answered the phone after hours! Although they do not typically provide emergency service calls, they stepped up to the plate and helped us out and we are truly grateful. Absolutely the best! We had a pipe burst and lost our water and heat when it was really cold. Called a couple different places that said they couldn't get to us for at least a day and they wanted buckets of money just to come out. Called Monadnock, he was at my house within 15 minutes, and fixed the broken pipe within 30. In and out, super nice and professional. And also super affordable. Cannot recommend these guys enough!
