Rip off! Came on a Saturday as I had no hot water in the shower and low volume in the shower head. Brought a new cartridge for the shower valve and a new hose and shower head. When installed the new shower head it wouldnt stay in the holder so he put black plastic tape on it to hold it. For this he charged me $555! Then said he couldn’t help with kitchen sink leak or broken garbage disposal. I had to call someone else. Even though his website says he does drains!
Called another plumber for kitchen sink and garbage disposal. When done had him look at shower for an idea. Donovan put the hose on backward. That’s why it wouldn’t stay in holder. Other plumber corrected the hose. No problem. Do not use Donovan plumbing.
Not worth it. Waste of time and money

Very friendly guy called him up on a Sunday on his day off. He answered the call and ease my mind by helping me troubleshoot to make sure it was nothing emergent having me send him pictures and videos of the issue. Was there the next morning at my doorstep to personally look at the issue solved it on site Explaining the issue, fully and going through A contingency plan if something else went wrong can't say enough good things about him. Thank you again for coming out so quickly and easing my mind.

Had an emergency hot water tank situation that was discovered on Friday evening. After calling 4-5 local plumbers, Advanced Plumbing were the only ones who took the task of an emergency visit on a Saturday morning. Josh arrived right on time, did a great job on site, and was thorough with his work and explainations. Will absolutely use Advanced again and would recommend as the go-to for the area. Appreciate the speedy service and you've earned a customer's future business!

I am a developer/builder and these guys do a lot of my plumbing and HVAC for years now. They do an amazing job in all of our homes and I will continue to use them for years to come. They work hard, are super knowledgeable of their craft, and are always kind and courteous to myself, my staff, homebuyers, homeowners, and other trade contractors.

We had a great experience with Advanced plumbing and heating. They were able to get in a part for our furnace that another company had told us wasn’t possible to get. They got the part in super quickly and were able to repair our furnace within less than a week, which was a relief since it was getting cold outside. They were also very friendly and helpful, and worked quickly and efficiently. Steve did the repair, and he was wonderful! They also charged us a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend this company to others who need their furnace repaired!

Highly recommend Pipes Plumbing and Heating! I recently had an issue with my water heater that broke abruptly, causing my basement to flood - and no hot water. John promptly solved the problem by replacing the water heater the very next day for a reasonable price. There was a minor complication in which sediment from the old water heater clogged one of the faucets. John came back to fix this problem right away, at no extra cost. That’s excellent customer service! I plan to use Pipes Plumbing and Heating for my future plumbing needs.

Hire John if you want a job well done by a knowledgeable professional. I have hired big companies many times and overpaid and was left without answers and bare minimum effort. John explained everything he was doing and why. He fixed my tub even though that was a last minute added request. I highly recommend him.

We had great experience with John (hope I'm remembering the name right). We noticed that a drop ceiling panel had fallen down and was soaked. We discovered a tiny leak in a pipe and called right away. It was 7pm and they answered immediately and came out at 1pm the next day. The repair didn't take long and John didn't try to oversell us. He fixed the problem quickly and even vacuumed up the mess from the broken ceiling panel. We will definitely call back the next time we need a plumber!

I would highly recommend pipes plumbing and heating, John who I’d never met came to my house for an emergency call because my furnace was leaking hot water. I had to go up and down stairs every 15 minutes to dump it. Every other place wanted $180.00 just to come before any other charges & couldn’t come for hours but John who was headed to another job turned around and stopped by to take a look. Turns out it was something simple to fix and he didn’t charge a penny. There are not people like that in this world anymore. John also did the plumbing in my new bathroom Reno. It’s beautiful and functional. He was fast and clean. No muss no fuss. Truly a craftsman. Thank you for everything.

After calling late in the day Tyler and his crew showed up first thing the very next morning. Our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain and after trying everything we could on our own, nothing worked.
