We recently had a Burnham boiler installed by Boucher and sons plumbing and heating. Roger came by to look at our old system and offered recommendations. His estimate was better than the other one we had received and we felt he was very honest in his recommendations. Installation was on time and went very smoothly. We found Roger to be very professional and personable. Roger even made a follow up call to make sure everything was running well. We had an excellent experience with Roger and his crew. From the very first call, they helped us plan out a full boiler replacement and took the time to walk us through every step of the process. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and patient — they made sure we understood our options before starting.

The installation itself was no small job. Access to our basement isn’t easy since we don’t have a bulkhead, but their crew handled it like pros. They worked cleanly, efficiently, and treated our home with respect. Everything was done on schedule, and the new system is running perfectly.

I called JM Plumbing and received a call back within an hour. They were able to come and service our toilet, the issue was fixed within an hour AND I was able to add an installation service of a part I already had. Once you call him, he’ll be your go-to-plumber, one that actually answers the phone on weekends. A super-nice guy and his prices were fair.

Plumbed my house. I fixed five issues, biggest was the leak that damaged the ceiling.
Look elsewhere he is not worth what he charges.

Super nice guy. Hired him to fix a leaky hose on a washer and he not only did that competently, but got my ice maker working by diagnosing where the water intake valve was and re-doing a copper, rigid hose with a flexible one that was much less likely to kink/break. Top recommendation I can give!

The best you will find! Always helpful. Certainly a person who you can rely on. Service the way it is supposed to be. Fair and honest! I could keep going on.

Knowledgeable, finished projects quickly. Despite a packed schedule, was able to fit in our project sooner than I expected.
They have fixed issues & made upgrades in my house multiple times and I will definitely call them for future projects.

I have used Unity to install multiple boilers and do other work . Professional attitude while being very honest. Always very helpful in communicating and working out options. I've gotten better quality and price from Unity than from previous plumber/HVAC companies.
