I had a clogged sump pump discharge pipe outside the home. It was causing a big issue inside and outside the home. I called Drain King to explain my issue. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and assured me that she would have someone at my house very shortly. Dave showed up a short time later, assessed the situation and went right to work. Dave was very knowledgeable and confident that he would get to the problem. Dave snaked the pipe all the way down the yard and into the street to where the clog was. Within no time the problem was resolved! The water that was backing up went right down the pipe and away from the house. My wife and I were very satisfied with Dave’s professionalism, he was very easy to deal with. Thank you!

I had a toilet pipe that seemed to be plugged and thus the bowl was clearing poorly. A first-time customer, I called on a late Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. Dave came out to the house and quickly cleared the blockage and restored proper flushing. He told me exactly what he was was going to do while explaining where the blockage was likely to be. Dave even invited me to watch. I was impressed both with his professionalism and his friendly nature. What a great experience! That extra time that Dave took to talk with me was greatly appreciated. I would like to have been able to review this business positively, but my experience started with a surly response when I asked the tech whether he had boot covers.
When I attempted to review what the issue I called for was, I was interrupted and ignored.
It further declined when I was told that he did not feel the need to talk to me, the property manager, but would speak to the homeowner.
The business hopefully has a customer base that is loyal, as I don’t feel new customers would be impressed.

Drain king to the rescue. My toilets stopped up on a Friday afternoon. We called David and he came out the same day. He even came back on Saturday to finish the job. Great job he even cleaned up after the job. Very personal able and great at what he does. Thank you

I'm a repeat customer -- a real abuser of the kitchen drain. Lots of greasy meat scraps down the garbage disposal, stupid new water-saving dishwasher, and a kitchen sink used to shampoo long hair. Worse, they previously taught me how to maintain a clear drain and I keep forgetting to do it. My bad. I should hate to call them but I don't. This time David himself came within just hours of my call, cheerful and efficient, and only had to snake 20 feet to clear it in less than 15 minutes. I should have called days before I did but I was struggling to clear it myself, dreading a lecture that didn't come. I have told all my friends about my good experiences and now I'm putting it in writing here. Thank you, DrainKing!

We had a clogged kitchen sink drain that wasn’t budging. Called Drain King, and Dave was out the next day. He clearly has the experience and expertise to fix any drain issues. He was very thorough, double checked any potential issues associated with the drain issue, and repaired existing faucet issues to eliminate any leaking issues. Highly recommend!

I've used Drain King several times for a sewer pipe that gets infiltrated by tree roots every few years.

One time I had my drain cleared and experienced an additional clog a few days later. Since the work was guaranteed, they came out and re-snaked the pipe for me. I made it three years without needing service.

This time, I called on Friday night to schedule an appointment for a frigid Saturday before a forecast 2-day blizzard. The owner came out and cheerfully cleared me out. Can't imagine how dreadful it would have been to have to live without plumbing during a 48-hour snowstorm!

Great service and great price. Very nice company to work with, we purchased our house a few years back and any time we have an issue they are not only helpful but very educational! Mike is very honest and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with gosse septic services! I would never call anyone else to help us! Do your self a good service and call Gosse! We had an issue with our first floor toilet not draining and Mike told me it may be a clog in our septic, sure enough he was right on and 30 min later he was here to fix it! A+ service!

We rented a portable toilet for a construction job from Gosse Septic Services. We rent toilets for every single job we do, and have had hundreds delivered from dozens of companies in New England. This is the first time I've ever had my Site Manager call me to specifically tell me how impressed he was with the toilets. He raved about how well maintained and clean they were. I believe the quote was "If I was to drop my sandwich in that thing, I'd pick it up off the floor and eat it... it was that clean". So so impressed with Gosse!

I called Gosse and left a message on a weekend looking for a company to service our two septic systems. I got a call first thing Monday morning and Brenda was delightful and helpful. Scheduled a time and, after a little confusion with a wrong phone number, Kevin came out and he was pleasant, knowledgable, and thorough. I would recommend this company to anyone.

After receiving a notice in the mail I called and set up an appointment to have my tanks pumped out. After receiving assurances that they would arrive between 8 - 9 am on the scheduled date This time was going to work best for me because I work from 6 pm to 6 am. I also explained that it takes an hour to travel On the scheduled date 9/9/19 I returned home and awaited for them to arrive. At 945 am when they hadn’t showed up I tried calling to see if there was an issue. My call was sent directly to voice mail At 1042 am I received a call from Gosse and they told me they were on the way to service my tanks. When I asked why they are over 3 hours late the woman replied that there was no way to know when they would arrive. She then stated that there was confusion as to whether my house was a single home. Keep in mind I have been using these people for over 10 years and they have serviced my tanks 3 times and even inspected the system when I bought the house. They knew that I needed to be scheduled but yet didn’t bother to look in my file for more information. The woman then asked me if I wanted her to send me a bill in which I replied that I still haven’t been serviced There was no apology for being late nor did she even care after I explained why is was important to be serviced first thing in the morning. When a family business can’t get details correct or completely be in denial for not arriving within a scheduled time it’s time to find a more reliable friendly and caring business I’m not sure when this woman became part of the Gosse representation but I know she has no idea of what customer service is.

Wonderful company. Dispatcher Brenda was a delight and Kevin went above and beyond when the weather was brutal. Would highly recommend.

Septic issues on a Friday , called our regular Septic company and left multiple messages. No reply , called Gosse and was told they would send someone to look at it. Septic guy showed up , looked at the problem and said it was blocked. He proceeded to pump tank. Very happy customer here.
I will use them from now on.

I was honestly so distraught this morning when my toilet wouldn't flush, and finding out i needed my septic pumped as an emergency was an absolute hard hit I assumed it was going to break our little families bank account. Much to our surprise Brenda informed me of the cost and that they didn't charge an emergency fee I was over the moon but when she told me they could be here today I was so honestly thankful for them. I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend Gosse septic services and how absolutely thankful we all are.

Nothing but great things to say about John! When my boiler died he came out to my house the same day and presented me with a variety of options at different price ranges. He gave me the information without judgement, and moved forward quickly to install my new boiler. Will 100% be using him again!

I called to set up a service appointment to help me with a washer problem. He was great in explaining to me what needed to be done to access the problem, saving me the cost of an on site service call. You don’t find that kind of helpful service from someone anymore and I was very grateful.

John replaced my water heater and repaired my furnace - work was done efficiently and reasonably priced and he even managed to get the water heater replaced by the manufacturer as he knew the brand offered a lifetime warranty. He returned after the work was completed following-up to ensure that the water temperature was comfortable and to check on the operation of new equipment. All work was explained in detail and damaged parts were shown. Highly recommended!

John was great to work with to add a gas stove to our home, he took care of all the permits and was right on time and on budget with everything. I would highly recommend John based on the quality of work he does and his knowledge of the trade.

John was referred to us by a mutual friend. We wanted to replace our 27 year old weil mcclain oil burner and indirect water heater before retirement next year. John came over and recommended a Burnham boiler with an indirect water heater with taco zone valves. Everything went smooth as silk from beginning to end. John really is an artist with his pipe work. We were very pleased with the final outcome. He was able to raise most of the boilers pipe work up high and out of the way. It looks fabulous. Thanks John for a job well done. A week ago our pipes froze due to the frigid weather. We called John and he picked up immediately guiding us on what to do. Hours later our pipes unfroze due to his suggestions. Lastly, his knowledge and expertise were invaluable, thanks again John!
