It starts with the office staff, who by the way is not only wonderful, friendly and sweet she is also very accommodating and knows her job. They were available a day early and called to see if they could come out. Kyle is knowledgeable, friendly, very polite, and upfront with the price for the job. Dennis was also friendly, polite and both were hard workers and very efficient. The job was completed in no time. They cleaned up everything. I highly recommend this company and Kyle and Dennis. Thank you so much Mountain Plumbing, you are my go to plumbing company from now on.

We had radiant floor heating installed in our existing home and Mountain Plumbing was excellent. They were the only company to respond to our request for quotes. Their installers were friendly and cleaned up at the end of every day. I enjoyed listening to Nolan's genre-spanning playlist, just needs a little Phish or Grateful Dead added. Having Nolan and Hunter at my house doing the install was a pleasure. The owner Mike is very knowledgeable and responsive. Best contractor experience ever!!

We got a new septic less than two years ago. Last January, the bathroom flooded. We called plumbers and they "fixed" the situation. This January, everything flooded again. I had been using a pipe to reroute the water from the washer to the shower until the snow melted. Kyle and Logan came to help. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and after a throughout assessment discovered that I needed new pipes under the house. They just finished the project and walked me through each step. They gave before and after pictures, accurate pricing down to the the dollar, and a one year guarantee on all the work performed. If you ever need someone for your plumbing needs, please give these guys a call.

Kyle and Logan came out to fix a burst pipe. Both gentlemen were personable and professional. Kyle fully explained, in plain terms, what happened. He fielded all follow-up questions happily. We talked through future HVAC projects as well as other plumbing related questions I had about the home. Edit: Water remediation company cut a pipe and couldn’t get a plumber out. They asked if I had anyone and I went right back to Mountain Plumbing. Kaitlin made some calls and estimated a tech would be out in about an hour, but Kyle was on site within about 30 minutes to do an emergency repair. Thanks again!

RJ was great! He put in a new washing machine hook up. Very knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything, affordable and best of on time!! I will definitely call RJ again.

Great service! Great company! You’ll get a quick response if you leave a message. It’s also been convenient to communicate via text as well. He’s very honest about his rates and so there are no surprises. We’ve had two unfortunate plumbing issues and he’s been the only company to ever fit us in quickly. I recently had one toilet exchanged in my current bathroom, one new toilet installed in my new downstairs bathroom, and a faucet installed in the new vanity.
I had the pleasure of of meeting R.J. of Laconia Plumbing & Heating and I could not be happier with the experience. He told me a time he was going to be here and he showed up a few minutes early (which I find rare nowadays). We had previously discussed a quote and even potential problems that could arise and how that could change the price of the work. When he got here he was friendly and courteous. He asked where I would like the old toilet for the time being as they don't normally take old toilets with them.
I would highly recommend R.J. to any of my friends or family in need of plumbing work done.

RJ is what you want in a plumber. He is friendly and takes time to explain what needs to be done, in simple laymen terms. His prices are reasonable and ... wait for it ... he shows up when he says he's going to! I highly recommend him!

I’ve called Laconia Plumbing and Heating twice for emergency situations (once was for not heat and it was -5out) and RJ was great with communication, discussing what was occurring, what he would need to do, how much it would roughly cost and does fantastic work. I couldn’t be happier with the service of the company and the quality of their work. I’d encourage anyone with a heating or plumbing concern to give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Brian is wonderful! We needed our hot water heater replaced and Brian was the only one to call me back. He was on top of ordering and replacing the hot water heater. Did a great job. Very nice and kind. We would highly recommend using Brian for your plumbing needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Brian was awesome. I called 6 plumbers to install an upflush toilet in my laundry room, 4 never returned my call, one couldn't get to it for almost 2 months. Brian called me back within 20 minutes and although he was also very busy, he made time to come by and install it. His work was perfect, polite, neat and informative. Everything works and looks great. I would absolutely use him again in any situation needed.

Amazing service! The call was for a broken hot water heater. Jeff responded immediatelly, and rearranged their work schedule. I put my call in at 8:15 and the work was complete before noon. Couldn’t ask for nicer plumbers on top of the great service. J + B really came through for me!

I had a plugged drain to my septic tank. Dave was able to come out within 1 hour of my phone call to them. He was very pleasant and completed the job within an hour. I was very thankful to have the great response time and my drain unplugged.
