Main drain line in house clogged. Sewage backed up. Dispatcher was efficient, kept us informed of TOA and price estimate. Technician David (Kentucky) called before arriving on time, was polite and professional. Successfully completed the job quickly (on a Saturday night!) and was very personable. Very happy with the experience and will definitely recommend RR to others. I think this was a Burlington/South Burlington Vt. based shop. Thanks!

This was the second time that Corey the technician was able to come to our house – he was extraordinarily helpful, very thorough and professional, let me know exactly what he was doing and did an amazing job – I highly recommend him and the services that he provides with Roto-Rooter!

We were able to get same-day service for a clogged kitchen sink, and they even were ahead of schedule so they called and came earlier which was great. Dave (Kentucky) was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and got the pipes cleared in under an hour. He also gave some tips on using a garbage disposal and how to prevent clogs in the future. The price is hefty ($395 for the first hour + $75 travel fee) but worth it for quality, same-day service.

Very professional quality work at a very fair price. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and responsive. The technician who arrived was professional and very friendly. Took his time to explain what he needed to do and answered all my questions with patience. I highly recommend them.

Dennis was highly responsive and professional in his communication and he lead me to a low cost alternative that I believe in.

Used Dennis twice. 1st was to repair a shabby job by another plumber and 2nd was to replace a water heater. He was fast, fair and friendly. Great work.

Philbrick septic is #1 doesn't get much better then Alden philbrick.
Was with the company a long time, worst thing I ever did was leave.. regret it ever day..
The company doesn't hire the best employees.. smh but other than that.. if you want your septic pumped and cleaned the right way call Chris co .. and get one if the big blue philbrick septic pump trucks over to do yours!

Called for an estimate and they showed up in just a few hours. I had used them in the past and was pleased to see Cosi again.

Update: who shows up on Labor Day Monday morning when you've got a water leak? Cosi, Mr Johnny On The Spot, from Chris-Co! Tuesday morning and work has already begun.

Very happy with this company. Great customer service and attention to detail. My septic is under a stone walkway, he had to remove pavers to get to the tank, I think he replaced them better then they were! In 90 degree weather. Thank you very much.

Horrible experience after years of their service. I was scheduled a septic cleaning about 2 months ago. I have called and spoke to numerous folks at the office and promise to get back to me with a firm date. To date, 2 months later I have not received any callls nor has anyone showed up for my septic tank to be pumped. Please use another company. Rye NH resident.
