We've enjoyed working with everyone from Master on our whole-house plumbing/heating installation. They carefully explained our options, were flexible with scheduling around other work, and quickly responded to questions or schedule change requests. We'll definitely be working with them again.

They did a great job, they finished the job as they said, before a long weekend ( ski house), they stayed within budget. They always kept me informed on progress and cleaned up after the unit was installed.

Casey provided outstanding service — and he was an awesome guy! I thought I needed to replace most of my fixtures at a cost of many thousand is dollars. Jeffrey Grenier is the best in the business. He designed an air-to-water heat pump system to tie into our existing baseboard radiators, along with an air handler for cooling. We also had a new heat pump water heater and a water softener installed. The Master Plumbing team was so professional and took care of everything. With home construction projects, I often feel like I need to be present to answer questions or keep an eye on things, but these guys took care of everything. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Called me back 3 days after I left him a voicemail, when I told him we had narrowed down our septic smell to a pipe he kept repeating "odors are tough to diagnose, I don't know what to do." I asked if he had time to come look at it or not and he said "odors are tough, I don't know" again so I hung up. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have an old farmhouse and an apartment. Nothing plumbing related is every easy here. He's done a complicated bathroom renovation, fixed leaky and frozen pipes, helped diagnose septic problems, and replaced rusted shut off valves. He is always there when I need him and I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I had called Bruce about an issue. He arrived that same day. He was able to diagnose a water leak issue and had parts on site to replace. Will definitely be using the services again when needed.

Bruce was a NO SHOW. He had agreed well in advance to do the plumbing needed for a kitchen renovation and I had even confirmed the date with him two weeks prior to his appointment. As everything depended on this work being done while the floor was open, the entire project was impacted and delayed. And he never returned any of my calls or pagers when I attempted to reach him after the date. Beware!

Bruce did the plumbing when we were building our house (water and radiant floor heating) and did a great job. Other tradesmen have made very positive comments on the work that is visible in our utility room and asked who did it.

He also did the final plumbing hook up of our solar hot water system. He responded quickly to an emergency call (kids put the hose on our outdoor spigot during a warm spell in the winter - when it cooled back off, the pipe burst in the wall, but did not actually leak until we turned the hose on later that spring).

We've been very satisfied with all of the work he has done for us. He is generally busy - which is a reflection on the quality of work he does.

I called Bruce with a water problem after hours. He got back to me and solved the issue in 5 minutes. He has done other work at our house and has always done a great job.

I highly recommend Bruce Rublee Plumbing. Bruce installed a Moen Flo smart water monitor shut off valve for me. Bruce has a ton of experience, very knowledgable, returns phone calls, dependable, a really good guy and a pleasure to work with!

This business is well run and reliable. I would recommend them.

Quality fast work, and a nice group of folks will to explain systems and best options and reasons.

Paid 10k for work that wasn’t even close to being finished and was bid at 14k for complete set up of two bathrooms and two showers and toilets.Paid 3k in material for the base board heaters, water heater/condenser, got up charged and then was hit with a 5k extra bill for whatever labor, but good-luck out there joe thanks for the help.

I've used these folks for 5 years. Never had any problem. They are a bit more expensive than your independent HVAC contractor but they always come on time and do a good job. Very reliable. Noticed all the "one star" reviews are from around 5 years ago...so maybe they had a bad employee then.

So happy with my experience with County. Usually same day service. Brent is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

The actual service is great. But they gave me the option to pay by way of post-dated check, cashed the check early, and then tried to charge me an additional fee for their mistake. Don't offer the customer the option to pay by way of post-dated check if you're going to disregard the date on the check and charge the customer for your mistake. I won't be using them again despite the quality of the repair.

Been using these guys for the last 4-5 years. I don't have a bad thing to say about them. They've helped me numerous times and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants professional service.

I have nothing but great things to say about County Plumbing and Heating! I woke up to no hot water one day last week, and within two hours of calling, a technician was able to come out and fix the problem within an hour. Taylor, who answered the phone and took down all my information, was so kind and helpful. Peter, the technician who came out, was very professional but also personable. He was able to explain everything to where it made sense to me. Also, the bill was very reasonable, especially considering it was same day service, within just a couple hours of calling. I will definitely be a return customer when service is needed!

County P & H just installed a new boiler for us and completed a variety of other plumbing projects. They they did a fantastic job. It is always said that what makes a company great are the people...and County is blessed to have a team of talented professionals who truly respect your property, are wonderful to work with, and work amazingly hard. They were here for two days and we miss having the super nice guys in our home!
