Fitzgerald Plumbing and Heating came to our house to install a new water heater. Bob went above and beyond when no one else would help us in an emergency.
Did an excellent job and very fair with his price.

Bob & his apprentice worked fast and efficient and were able to install a new hot water heater - expansion tank and change s value in just shy of 3 hours . It was the first time we had something major done to our home we recently purchased in the chaos of 2020. I purchased my own hot water heater and Bob was able to work with The HTP I bought it out of state which saved us a couple thousand - also Bob new where I could of purchased a used one if I didn’t already have one. He is a master plumber and didn’t over talk or try to sell you anything you didn’t need - it was refreshing to have that. Bob apprentice worked very hard, was very strong , took direction well, and even wrote up a detailed involve. I highly recommend Bob & his team are great ! I was very stressed out over hot water heater failing a week before a holiday week and had a deadline to get it done by and Bob really came through ! Do not hesitate to call him or waste your time with anyone else! He does amazing work !

While the problem I had wasn't something Mr. Fitzgerald typically works with, he took the time to talk me through what was likely happening and advised me on who I could contact. He didn't rush me and simply say, "I don't do that." He was kind and really, really helpful and was able to put my mind at ease. Will definetly call him for any future needs I might have!!

Great work, fast service, at a fair price. I’m in an old house and the bathroom sink stopper lift rod broke off inside the pipe. It turns out that the entire drain assembly had been Jerry-rigged AND glued together, and I had a basin of standing water with no access. The entire assembly had to be replaced, and Bob Fitzgerald did it quickly and professionally. He’s coming back to do the kitchen sink drain assembly, because it’s also Jerry-rigged and glued. Thanks, Bob.

We were referred to Fitzgerald Plumbing and Heating from a local appliance store. My finance called and had made an appointment within 2 days. Bob and Orion came and installed our new dishwasher. Super friendly and down to earth guys. They found that there was no electrical outlet underneath the sink and stayed longer to install that! Now, we are up to code. Bob treated us like family and is the man we will be calling back in the future.

Very helpful with a major plumbing issue

Had Bo out to drain our main pipe. He was professional, friendly, affordable, and didn’t overcharge us. Will definitely be using him again in the future when we need him.

I had a real issue with my plumbing. I called a bunch of plumbers, and Bo was the only one who called me back. I ended up going with another plumber just because it ended up being a much bigger job, but Bo was willing to give up his Saturday to help me out and I really appreciated that.

They were able to come out quickly and worked hard to get our septic working again. Very pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Clogged kitchen drain. Not an emergency but a big pain. Bo responded same day, got here, straightened it out at a good price. 100% strong recommend.

What a phenomenal job they did with a completely backed up bathroom we had in our mobile home. It took a while but they didn’t give up and they were able to clear the clog that had been there for a while. I can’t be more thankful and his prices are more than reasonable. Don’t waste money on the other guy, If you want honest and quality service, call Bo’s sewer and Drain service. I’m glad we did.

Our basement toilet and shower backed-up. After hours of trying to snake the drains myself (with no success) I decided to call Bo's. He was very prompt and was able to immediately identify where the issue was and auger the drain with success. He was very personable, and cleaned the shower area a bit afterwards...which was much more than I would have expected. I'm glad we went with a locally owned company like Bo's, and would recommend to anyone needing timely and competent services.

Bo arrived promptly and solved a thorny shower drain problem that required inserting the snake into two separate drains.

Eric Jipner put in a boiler for us. He was professional and efficient and easy to communicate with. He also put in a kitchen faucet for us. We love his work and the products he installed. He is our go to guy. We highly recommend him.
