Pat seems too good to be true…it’s because he is. I spent over two weeks waiting for this guy to get back from vacation so he could look at/work on the plumbing in my basement just for him to ghost me and never respond. I had a feeling after he came out to look at the plumbing that it may have been too big a job for him but, if that’s the case, just tell me. If he quotes a low price it’s because he has no intention of coming back. Criticized other plumbers for being unresponsive and then does the same thing. If he wants more local business then he’s doing a fine job of screwing it up for himself.
Honestly, don’t waste your time.

Pat is the real deal. He is incredibly hard working and is all around a good guy. We had a clog that caused our kitchen sink and dishwasher to become unusable. Pat came out quickly and worked tirelessly until he fixed the problem. Pat now has a customer for life.

Jeremy and Ben somehow fit me into their busy schedule, to fix another plumber's bad install of a heater and hot water tank. After not having heat on the ground floor all winter, we are very grateful to them. They were in and out in three days, and cleaned up the huge mess left by the first plumber. We will call them first, for future projects.

We’ve had a long list of plumbing needs since we’ve bought our house. They have always been available in a pinch and do excellent work quickly. Most recently our hot water heater and furnace both quit and they were able to bring in new heaters and boilers and install them within 48 hours.

Rondeau’s have done many jobs for us, both big and small. They are extremely professional, prompt and helpful. They installed an entirely new propane heating system in our home . They were reasonably priced and stood behind their work 100%. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs; just understand how busy they are!

Called because I was concerned our water heater/heater went out in the middle of a cold snap. Called while he was on vacation, out going message to call his apprentice. Y'all this man called me back while on vacation to check and make sure everything was alright. He took time out of his personal time to walk me through the problem and gave me solid advice for the future. 5/5 if I need any help in the future this will be my first call!

Referred to Fitzgerald Plumbing by an friend and it was the best experience. Bob showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after he finished leaving no mess. Such a friendly person, we will be calling again when in need of a plumber!

My main water shutoff valve broke and was not able to turn the water to the house back on after making a repair in the bathroom. City workers were unsuccessful at turning off the water at the street, leaving no choice but to replace the valve hot. Bob was unavailable to help that day but was willing to to walk us through over the phone what to do. He gave us great advice and we were ultimately successful (and a little wet). Will definitely reach out in the future!
