I've used Walker Plumbing and Heating for several big projects and many smaller plumbing repairs at my business and they have always exceeded my expectations. They are prompt and professional, and give you a really good explanation of the work that they are going to do and the cost. Highly recommend their work on heat pump installation in particular.

We have used Piper Hill for many years. High integrity and fair. Offer reasonable solutions to problems for heating and AC and plumbing.

I called them to make an appointment the next day. The next day I was waiting all morning since that’s when we scheduled. By the afternoon I called them again to see where the were, and upon hearing my voice they hung up. I called two more times and left messages, but no one called me back. I wasted my time, when I could have called another plumber. This is not professional at all.

I had them out to look at my water pressure. They sent somebody out. Was told they needed to pull the water pump to check it. He informed me he didn’t have to tool to pull the pump on him and he would return by noon. I called 4 time left 3 messages with no response. I understand if he had emergencies it’s winter but a call would have been nice. It is now a day later I tried to call and still no response.

Very helpful and friendly. Always good results.

Shawn checked my pressure tank because I was having trouble with my washer. He said it was fine but the next plumber I got changed the setting because it was off. He was also supposed to return to fix faucets in the bathroom and kitchen. That was a month ago. I have still not heard from him. He told me a filter system would cost 1,200.00. The second plumber gave me an estimate of 300.00. He then charged twice as much as the second plumber for his time. He also did not give me a bill, promised there would be one in the mail. That was a month ago.

I highly recommend Horizon Plumbing and Heating. They were fast, very knowledgeable, took the time to explain details of the repair and were reasonably priced. You can’t go wrong calling them.

Plumbers were prompt, courteous, and did great work. Will absolutely use their services again!

Jason and team are awesome! Sent an inquiry through the website and he replied super fast to schedule an appointment. He came over for a cleaning and to make sure everything was in good shape. Can't recommend them enough, he really takes the time to explain everything and is incredibly thorough. You're in good hands with horizon!

We came home to no water pressure. Jason called back, after hours, within minutes and came out the next morning. Had the problem fixed within a few hours. Great service , highly recommend!!

We recently had home renovations done that became unhinged. No working kitchen, a broken water heater, no heat. If you can think of it, we are living it. A complete nightmare. Jay and his crew quickly became the heroes in our story.
I gave them a call after they were recommended to me from our town facebook group. I left a voicemail and received a call back within 10 minutes.
I explained our emergency and they were out bright and early the next day. After looking at our ancient water heater, they made a plan.
They fixed our oven so we could eat, and then went and purchased and installed a temporary tank while we waited for our new system to be installed. Solely out of kindness, so we didn’t have another day with no warm water or heat.

We have a beautiful new tankless system, a working oven, dishwasher and fridge. Oh, AND washer dryer hook ups. More to come in the future (sorry guys). We cannot recommend these guys enough.
