We had an issue with our on demand water heater that heats our radiant floor heat so I send Matt a note and text. He got right back to me and sent a technician over right away to solve the problem. The tech did a fantastic job of figuring out what the issue was and creating a solution. We now have heat back in the house and I would highly recommend them. Prompt and professional work and responses.

While often hard to pin down, the team at Harris Plumbing and Heating do an excellent job. Dylan is both very knowledgeable and professional with a depth of experience to tackle any HVAC project no matter what size. Also, his understanding of and interest in the latest heat pump and ventilation technology is impressive.

Would definitely recommend Harris Plumbing and Heating. We were impressed with Matt' professional yet friendly manner. He was honest and did not try to up-sell us on our heat pump/air conditioning unit. The price was very reasonable.

The crew was prompt, friendly and professional. We were pleased with Dylan and Seth's work and they did a great job cleaning up when they were done.

Matt and his team were amazing. We lost all water to our house suddenly, and we figured it was the well pump that had died. After asking a few friends, we were referred to Harris Plumbing and Matt in particular. They were at our house the next morning, two hours earlier than promised, had 100% of the parts needed, and replaced our well pump, modified the system to prevent anther issue, sealed everything, tested everything, and were done in under 2 hours. Our water came back immediately with zero issues. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Absolute professionals.

There is no one I’d rather see walk through the door during a heating or plumbing emergency - from frozen pipes to sluggish circulators to mysterious leaks, Harris consistently comes to the rescue. Matt’s team is experienced and knowledgeable, and they really take the time to understand and address the quirks of each building they are working on. We've had Harris complete everything from annual maintenance to replacing water heaters to just about every other kind of heating and plumbing improvement you can think of. Particularly in a crisis, we are very, very grateful to have Matt and his team on speed dial!

You only have one chance to make a first impression. Harris Plumbing & Heating nailed it.
I had an urgent situation, not emergent (my well pump failed). It was treated as if it were until an assessment was made after they immediately answered their page on a Sunday morning. Once the situation was related by our plumber a plan was put in place for next day service.
As instructed, Justin the office manager took all our info Monday morning. Matt with assistant arrived that day as assured.
He was professional and informative.
I recommend them highly. You're in good hands.

It is unfortunate that I cannot give 0 stars. This company charged me 1,000 dollars to install a garbage disposal. The job should have cost half that much at most. Even better, they told me the dishwasher was leaking. It wasn't until they left my home. So, that was another expense that was unexpected and unnecessary. I was then told by their customer service person that this was a special garbage disposal. Badger 1/2 HP. Nothing special there. And, or course, they did not damage the dishwasher. I urge you to find another plumbing service.

They answered the phone. Called back. Came within a week. Fixed two challenging problems. Were friendly and left things as they found them. I couldn’t be happier.

Moved into new home with my elderly mother both of us first time home owners. I called these guys because water wasn’t running properly. Two guys came looked at things for maybe half an hour and left saying someone would get back to us. Couple months later we get a bill for over $300. Then we get another bill saying we are past due. I call them get a lady who puts me on hold then tells me someone will call me back I told them I’m not paying $300+ when nothing was done and no one gave me answers. Months and months go by I hear nothing assumed they just canceled the bill new year and we get another bill with more finance charges and some red lettering. I’m not paying for services not rendered. I’m putting this review everywhere I can. Don’t bother calling them they are expensive busy and don’t seem to care about anything but the money.

The work it's self is satisfactory, billing and collection of payments is not low income friendly at all. If you have a larger bill that can't be paid off in 30 days you get an add 1.5% interest charge. 60 days not fully paid now turns to 3% interest so on and so forth making it impossible to get it fully paid without adding hundreds of dollars to the cost. Also it doesn't matter to them if you are making an attempt to pay the bill or not after a while of bill not being paid in full they decide to discontinue services.

Jim is very helpful, skilled, punctual, and is good at explaining his workmanship! I would recommend his company for all your plumbing and heating needs. I have had better experiences with him and his service than two other competing companies in the area.

Jim is as honest as they come, easy to work with, great customer service, fair pricing, and returns calls. I highly recommend Jim.

Wouldn't recommend, called for a quote and was told no because we live 15 minutes outside of town.
