Phil and Astley Plumbing have been a reliable, expert and “easy to work” with partner on projects big and small, including a whole house new construction and various maintenance projects. Highly recommended.

I drive all around Rutland Chittenden and Addison county to Different job sites where construction is happening and outhouses are placed. There’s a big difference between a dundons potty and a p&p or a wasted potty. Dundons are always clean with paper and sanitizer with minimal to no graffiti. The competitions always stick out potties that look like they should’ve been decommissioned years ago.

I can’t say enough good things about everyone I have encountered at Dundon plumbing. They literally saved the day for me by coming out immediately and addressing a massive sewer line problem that I had inherited when buying my house (and thoughtfully educated me on services they offer during the inspection stage of a purchase to avoid this in the future!) From the friendly staff on the phones, to the guys working the lines, I was met with prompt, informed responses, timely updates and efficient service. Joe and Avery went above and beyond to explain exactly what work needed to be done, and took the time to make sure I understood exactly. Joe even went so far as to sending me several photos and gladly spent 30 minutes on the phone with me discussing each photo. They worked extremely well with the town when needed, and restored my sanity, and function to my plumbing. Thank you, Dundon Plumbing!

We've been working with Dundon Plumbing for a couple of years now. We have a small business that during certain times of the year needs a porta-potty - they have excellent customer service and the weekly cleaning crew is always so nice and friendly. I put in a phone call to order a porta potty the other day to be delivered to our business and it showed up literally 2 hours later!! Can't beat that. The people on the phone are always super nice, we can't recommend them enough! "Experience the difference" :)

Dundon's Plumbing provided the portable restrooms for my wedding. Not only were they the only company willing to come to my wedding location, but they also came prepared with the rental unit AND an additional backup unit (just in case). Their prices were also completely affordable given the high quality unit we rented. The facilities were perfectly maintained and worked great for our crowd of ~110. Highly recommend using Dundon's for your portable restroom needs!

This company always comes through. We rent ports-potties and they are clean and well maintained. We also use their septic services and they are exceptional.

Mr. Dundon was a wonderful asset in our inspections for our upcoming home purchase. He was very polite and knowledgeable and went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. He was able to inform us about our sewer lines composition, grind out roots at the inspection, and offer an effective preventative treatment option to aid in keeping the issue from reoccurring in the next couple of years. He certainly had our best interest at heart and was able to take a look at the heating system for us too. 10/10 for his services, communication, professionalism, fair rates, and overall integrity.

We used them to rent a portable restroom for our DIY tent wedding and they were great! Simple to work with and they had great options. They were prompt with their delivery and pickup and were professional & efficient. The bathrooms themselves were clean and comfortable and made our guests feel at ease. I definitely recommend working with them!

Legacy are Legends! Travis and Josh are my go to for all my plumbing needs. Their service and response time is awesome. I have a 20 year old system that started to cause a few headaches all at once. It felt like wack-a-mole but they kept coming back to help me troubleshoot until all was right, and they did it on short notice too! After doing some repairs they then installed a new hot water heater and that has been great. I’ve already referred Legacy to a few friends and family as well. Thanks Legacy!

We highly recommend this company! First Travis replumbed our bathroom and laundry room when we remodeled. My husband accidentally cut the Pex water line when we were tearing out walls and Travis saved us! He got here immediately and cleaned up our mess. Then he and Josh installed a heat pump which has changed our life! We are currently remodeling our kitchen and are thrilled to continue having their expertise. They are professional, do great work, and are not only dependable but work hard to be here when we need them. They are flexible, responsive, and we have absolute confidence in them. We feel really lucky to have found them.

Excellent plumbers! Travis and Josh were the plumbers for a full house renovation at our property in Ludlow. They are always on time and professional. Their work is clean and neat and they know how to install complicated bath fixtures and heating system components. As an architect and former licensed contractor, I highly recommend Legacy for any plumbing and heating work.

Josh was immediately responsive to our urgent call for a failed propane furnace. We had a same-day appointment to determine the extent of the services needed, had a quote within an hour, and have a brand new heating system as of four days later. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and generous with their expertise. Highly recommend Legacy's work.

Legacy Plumbing and Heating originally did some maintenance repairs in my home. Unrelated to the work they did, I have since needed 2 emergency repairs and chose them again. The service and work provided by Legacy Plumbing consistently exceeded my expectations . They are prompt, dependable and trustworthy!!

We received a call back almost immediately, sent a photo of the pin hole leak that was spraying water, and Travis was in the area and here within 1/2 hour. , Another half hour and the problem was fixed. Great job. Great service. Nice guy.

I just found out today that the plastic pipes Josh used on my hot water tank are not up to code. Imagine the disappointment. I wouldn't ordinarily write a review but, I've had to call twice for problems and lets just say that Josh should not be in the service business. After finally asking Travis to come himself the issues were addressed. 3000 cash to have pipes replaced. I sure hope they are all done properly.

Our heat pumps/mini splits were installed fall of 2024 and they have changed our heating and cooling significantly. Travis and Josh are responsive to any questions and concerns. Installation was 1/2 day for our whole house. Love to support local. We look forward to utilizing their services as we look to replace our outdoor wood boiler.

Says he charges $60.00/hr and after the job, which was done poorly and wrong, changes his mind to $60.00 per person per hour. Tries to charge me double because he thinks his 2 incompetent sons were both on the job when there was only one.

Randy is incredibly responsive, reliable, and reasonably priced. He has helped us with everything from remodeling, to frozen pipes, to issues with our oil burner. Randy and his employees are very hard working and honest and I can't recommend them highly enough.
