Very friendly service desk, excellent service. Needed to fix the bathtub tap, your employee "Ken" was very knowledgeable, with a reasonable charge. I will certainly use Laplante's company again in the future. I highly recommend their service.

Great firm. We would certainly hire them again. We didn't call it an emergency but after I explained what we needed they decided that we really needed help.

Zero stars. I called twice within 24 hours and I was assured both times that the technician would get back to me soon. I still have not heard from that person. Call Roto-Rooter. They came right away and worked quickly to thaw my pipes.

Laplante's P&H did a super jobs installing a new boiler for us. No concerns about a failing boiler in the middle of the winter got it done in 1 day. superb follow-up service if we need it, we've used them in the past, professional, polite, definitely a go to for future needs.

I have needed 3 emergency repairs over the last year and each time the crew at Laplante’s have been incredibly responsive and helpful. Greg and Owen are efficient, knowledgeable and did excellent work. I highly recommend Laplante’s and will continue to hire them in the future.

Sloppy work cheap plastic replacements, drilled holes unnecessarily left holes in floor. replaced parts needlessly. When called to complain NO RESPONSE YOUNG CREW WHO DIDN'T CARE!!!

I have been using Excell Plumbing for many years and have always been very happy and they give great value for what they do I would recommend them very highly

I called because we had no water. I called a number that I was given, and had used several times prior, to be yelled and told not to call that number again because he wasn't on call. Most unprofessional person have ever dealt with. Called the company to report my experience, but very upsetting as I have 2 year old, 8 year old, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 24 chickens that need water and cant go all day without it.

I am the owner of the house that is the subject of the one negative review (one star) of Excel. I totally disagree with that review,. I have used Excel numerous times, and my experience with it on every occasion is that it is excellent-response time, professionalism and courtesy of the owner and all of the other staff, value and quality of work.

Installation was great but they don't like to provide follow up service. It's really hard to get them back for "it's not working" problems, much less for annual cleaning.

They installed a heat pump at our house and they were extremely professional, adjusting the design from original specs as needed, putting down cloths to walk on so they didn't track dirt through the house, cleaning up afterwards, etc. They were also very courteous and friendly.

We couldn't ask for a better installation.
Follow up? Not so much.

Have a Mitsubshi mini split system installed several years ago. It has failed twice. Still waiting for a replacement after two years. Excel will not return calls, and Mitsubishi has been no help in warranty replacement. Avoid at all costs!!!

Always completely satisfied with the response time and customer service of Nadeaus. They are always polite, timely, efficient and affordable. We've had many of their members in our home and each one has been outstanding! 10/10 recommend them as a primary and emergency plumbing and heating service. Thanks Nadeaus!!

Called Nadeau's for a single initial toilet upgrade and first went straight to voicemail, never got a return call. The second attempt got answered by a person who lectured me about how properly to use a toilet. Contracts for the hotel and both apartment buildings are going elsewhere. Obviously.

We just bought a salt water hot tub and it is amazing! We had bought a hot tub from Nadeau’s Plumbing and Heating 19 years ago and it was time for a new one. We bought the Geneva model from Utopia series. Highly recommend it as there are a lot more jets, very comfortable seats and the salt water therapy feels therapeutic and amazing! 5 star rating!!!❤️

Very Happy with Nadeau's Heating !!! Just had a new install of an energy efficient boiler and hot water tank. Very knowledgeable technicians. Did a neat clean job on a quick timeline. They are professionals !!!!

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Nadues Plumbing and Heating. When our water main line burst, they came out, barely left their truck, saw water running down the driveway, and immediately concluded that the entire line needed replacing. They quoted us an outrageous $10,000 for the repair. Thankfully, we got a second opinion from another business, and the issue was resolved for $2,500—a fraction of Nadues’ inflated estimate.

To make matters worse, Nadues later sent us a bill for their minimal effort, despite being located just 3 minutes away and barely doing any actual work.

Additionally, when we purchased our home, we had the sellers service our furnace. Their so-called “tune-up and inspection” was lackluster at best. They replaced the air filter but somehow completely missed a 12-year-old, worn-out fan belt that was falling apart. This level of oversight and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable.

Their service is overpriced, underwhelming, and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing or heating services. Save yourself the frustration and money.

I have been coming to Nadeau's for plumbing and propane work for years now, and they have consistently delivered the most exceptional, sturdy, and fast work, no matter the job, along with superb and timely customer service; and all for very reasonable and transparent rates. I will never go with another plumber for as long as I am within their service area.

Seth and Ryan did a great job troubleshooting and fixing an issue for us. Timely, efficient and great communication with what the issue was and how to avoid it moving forward. Thanks a bunch!

Have used Nadeau's during a major renovation and two subsequent smaller projects. Appreciate the excellent work. The point person at the office, Erin, is personable, precise and reliable. On our most recent job, Seth did an excellent job and was likewise a clear communicator, attentive and precise.

Holy moly!! I had an emergency on a Friday night at 7pm and reluctantly had to call Matt’s emergency number (taking him away from his date night)!!! He came right away and repaired the problem without a hitch!! I’m so thankful for this small town company and Matt’s personal quality service!! This is the second time Matt and his team saved me in a jam. Thoughtful, efficient & always clean! Thanks you again Matt and team!
