I had a plumbers nightmare going on at my house... I called St. Albans plumbing and Bruce came over and fixed it for me. The job was done and done right by a very professional and courteous team of 2. When they left, I couldn't tell that they had even been there. They cleaned up their mess and were gone without a trace.... I am very pleased with the work that they performed and will use them again in the future. Thank you, Bruce and Beverly, for making the whole experience great.

I called Manley for an urgent hot water tank replacement. From coming to assess the tank, to completing installation— it was all done within 24 hours.
The service is really top notch and they have demonstrated they stand by their products and work when I invited them back, not once, but twice, to look at a newly installed valve that I wasn’t too sure about.

They’ve exceeded my expectations and without hesitation recommend them to anybody in Franklin County.

Outstanding experience on every level. Everyone I came in contact with was transparent, professional, and effective. I called this morning at 8 am, and the technician (Dana) was at my house by 11 am. Dana diagnosed and fixed the issue with our hot water baseboard heating system within an hour. Dana was very thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable throughout every step of the process. Truly blown away by the customer service. Great Company!! I needed a plumber and saw the great reviews. I called and they called right back,which was so refreshing since some don't even bother to call. Thomas came out and gave me options on what to do. He was so friendly and honest. He did a great job!! I highly recommend this company . The price was very reasonable. Our furnace had stopped working on a 10 degree day and the temperature dropped in our home pretty fast.We call due to a heat out situation and got the answering service. Within 20 minutes of getting the call Dana reached out to the rescue. (We had called other business that offered "24/7" service and none of them called back or answered their phones. Dana made accommodations even with an extremely busy schedule to get out to the house. Dana was extremely efficient and thorough in identifying and rectify the problem. The service completed and for a very fair price. Thank you Dana, you were amazing!

I have used this company for vastly different plumbing repairs. All of them were completed in a timely fashion and all of my questions were answered by knowledgeable plumbers. The owner, Dana, is very reasonable, fair, and kind.

They respond to calls quick, but charge a $89.99 fee for estimate. I asked for a copy of the estimate I never received it. We ended up doing the work ourselves, and it only took an hour and a half and that was going out for parts. Spending $150 our parts and the $89.99 for estimate fee only cost $240 rather than the $1252 I was verbally quoted.

These guys are great and I highly recommend them! I've been using them for a few years now. My first experience I had called the other local plumber and didn't receive a call back. Made a second call and still didn't get a call back. When I called Manley I got a call back in just a few minutes. In fact, every time I've called them I've got a call back in under 10 minutes. Once was late at night when I was having a bit of an emergency. Ward called me back and walked me through what to do to shut things down until morning. Dana showed up first thing and fixed the problem. I also like that before work begins, they give me my options and price it out before work begins so there are no surprises.

I had a dripping leak in my basement. Elite quickly determined that the problem was: 1) too high system pressure (90+), caused by a failed 2) Pressure reducing valve, and noticed a 3) too small pressure tank that had a ruptured bladder.

He responded to my call at the end of the day. We arranged a time the following day, he was fair priced had it all fixed in less than one hour.

Today, upon arriving home from work, I was met with the sight of water leaking from my ceiling. After contacting several other companies who were unable to assist until the following morning, I reached out to Andrew, and to my amazement, he arrived at my doorstep within minutes. His promptness and dedication were truly commendable.

In an impressively short span of time, Andrew skillfully identified the source of the leak and promptly repaired the damaged pipe, effectively preventing any further water damage to our home. It is evident that he genuinely values his customers and their homes, going above and beyond to ensure their well-being. EDIT: My original review was for some plumbing work Andrew did. He fixed a leak, brought my water heater up to code among other things.

I’m updating this review because he just installed a heat pump for me. As with the other job, he was very communicative from the beginning. He offered a fair quote and stuck to it. He leveraged Vermont energy rebates. Some I was aware of and some not.

He was on time, his work was once again meticulous, and he was very informative in teaching me how to use the heat pump.

After having these 2 jobs done by Andrew I can say that he has an enthusiasm for his work and you can tell he cares about doing right by the customer.
