The HVAC techncian was courteous, honest, and he came out to service my heater on a Sunday afternoon within 20 minutes of my initial call to Lowery's. Highly recommended.

The team at Lowery Plumbing was amazing! The originally builder did not install the plumbing correctly and I was having so many issues. I called Lowery plumbing and they came out and got everything taken care of. Albert, Phillip, Carlos, McRay, and Jack did a fantastic job handling my plumbing issues quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to come out and do the repairs. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and patient with my numerous questions. I will not ever call anyone else for my plumbing, heating, or AC issues.

Lowery Plumbing quickly came 30 miles to my house to see what the water problem was. Mike told me within a short time what was happening. So I know they will fix it to perfection real soon. They always do professional work in a short period of time. This project will not be a quick job but I know it will make things as before the problem occurred.

Came out earlier than expected. Listened to what happened & made a plan. Ended up only have to cleanout one drain for things to be flowing again.

We have used Lowery for all of our plumbing, heating, and ac needs. Love the twice yearly service agreement. Lowery helps keep our systems in tune and repaired. Always friendly, conscientious, and quick to respond. They have repaired all of our plumbing and even completed a beautiful master bathroom renovation. The service technicians are always polite, knowledgeable, and leave our property clean after service.

Called before 8am bath tube faucet won’t turn all the way off since 10pm. Called back after 10 had not heard from anyone. She said I was on the list. She called back after 1pm said would be Friday before they could come. Y’all were working on the case that didn’t have water or heat the most important cases. I said I guess running water isn’t important. She again said it would be Friday. A very nice service man from y’all call after 2 said was coming. I told him what she said and I was very disappointed.

I was scheduled between 8-12pm They arrived about 8:30 AM Very friendly, resolved my issues very promptly. And Offered to scope, my sewer lines, free of charge. I Would highly recommend.

Called on Saturday morning due to my AC not cooling and Mike literally got here in 15 minutes and got us up and running in 20 minutes. Talk about service!!! Our house temperature had gotten to 85 degrees so Lowery Plumbing was a true blessing in getting our AC fixed. Our unit is from 1997 so they were super kind in getting it fixed and the price was very affordable which included the service fee , labor and parts. Thank you so much Mike !!! 🙏🏻

We called at 8 AM on and Sunday and how plumbing issue resolved by 3 PM. Abraham kept in contact with me throughout the day to let me know when to expect him. He was super friendly, fast, and professional. The cost was amazing! I would highly recommend them!

I was in deep trouble for a new Central heating system last year. Lowery Heating would be getting a 1000 points here if I could. I have never seen a better company from ownership to the managers & employees them Lowery. They even brought out space heaters until the system was rapidly installed. I can never say enough. Lowery Plumbing provided us with a quick response to our plumbing issues. Their technicians are super helpful and thorough in explaining the work they perform. Their office responded quickly to our requests. They also did not recommend anything other than what was needed.

Lowry’s sent Abraham out to our house in Pampa Tx. We had other plumbers who had already come out and didn’t want to touch the job or were asking for thousands up front for solutions that included busting out floor. Abraham ran his camera, got his snake and got the job done. He was super nice and efficient. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company! Especially if you have complicated plumbing or a bigger project.

Our bathtub drain was clogged. It was Sunday so we expected it to cost a lot to have it unclogged! Called Lowery plumbing and a guy named Dallas came out! He was super nice! Very polite and very professional! Unclogged the drain for $51.00 !!! We couldn’t believe it!!! We will recommend them to all our family and friends! I think Dallas deserves a raise! lol! Great and reliable service! They arrived on time and explained what they would be doing in detail. They also took the time to go over preventative maintenance as well as updated me on how my HVAC system was looking/functioning! 10/10!

My experience with Lowery's Plumbing & HVAC has been a nightmare from start to finish. I hired them to install a new AC system for $21,000, and the work was incredibly substandard and has caused significant issues.

The first day of the installation, they left without the AC working properly. They claimed it would take 6-8 hours to cool my house down, which I immediately knew didn't sound right. It was clear they were short handed and wanted to leave the job. I had to call them to come back out because the system was still not working. When they returned, they blamed the manufacturer for shipping a new unit with low refrigerant, instead of taking responsibility for the faulty install.

After that, the system still never worked properly. When I contacted the company, they insisted the problem was my home's insulation and not their installation work. This is highly unacceptable, especially considering I have not yet signed off on the job.

I suspected something was wrong and had the work inspected by another reputable HVAC company in Lubbock. Their investigation confirmed multiple severe installation errors that are not up to industry standards.

On September 8th, when I mentioned seeking a second opinion on the work, Lowerys threatened to void my warranty. This practice is highly concerning and is a major reason I would not recommend their services.

The issues found by a team of professional technicians include:

Insufficient Return Air: The return air duct was sized incorrectly, with technicians confirming they installed only half the amount of return air that my unit requires. This is an improper install that will cause the exact problems I am experiencing, put a major strain on the system's blower motor, and will lead to premature failure and high energy bills.

In addition, I have discovered that they cut corners on the installation by using an incorrect 2 inch air filter in a unit designed for a 4 inch filter. This compromises the system's ability to filter air properly, reduces efficiency, and will lead to premature system failure over time

Improperly Sloped Condensation Line: The drain line was installed at an incline, which will cause water to back up and flood the interior of my home if not addressed.

Unsealed Ductwork: The start collar on the return plenum was not sealed, allowing the system to pull hot, unconditioned air from the attic into my home, drastically reducing efficiency and introducing contaminants.

Unglued Joints: The joints on the condensation line were not properly glued, which has already caused minor leaks and poses a significant risk of future water damage.

This is not a matter of opinion; I have receipts and a professional report to back up these findings. Despite the system being improperly installed and non-functional, they continue to pester me for payment. The work performed was unprofessional and showed a complete disregard for basic HVAC installation practices.

I have included photos of them cutting corners on my equipment. This isn’t speculation, and all the proof to show you.

I have informed them that I will not sign off on the job until every issue I have mentioned is properly addressed. They can either fix the problem properly or I will leave this review up for everyone to see. I highly recommend that you seek out another company for your HVAC needs to avoid a similar, costly experience.

Two gentlemen came to my house to clear a clogged drain that stopped all events in my 2 bathrooms. They were courteous, friendly, informative and professional in how they spoke to me and how they addressed the issue I was having.

have an older home so I have had Lowery Plumbing come out twice for two different drains and I must say they are great!
